Return from sports and events at nearby UVA and unwind with a beverage on a raised deck overlooking a wooded area. A smart renovation to this mid-century house has produced a living room with a vaulted ceiling for a generous feel of light and space.

Guests will have full use of the entire house including both bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living room areas, the dining room, and kitchen. Guest can also lounge on the back deck and use the laundry machines.

When I rent out my entire house that usually means I'll be out of town myself. I'll be available via Airbnb text but will not be onsite. Please enjoy my entire house to yourself!

The house is in a quaint, quiet neighborhood close to the Downtown Mall, the Belmont neighborhood, and University of Virginia. It's minutes from great restaurants, shops, bars and breweries, and music venues. Access to the Rivanna Trail is close by.

Free on-site street parking and potential access to the driveway. There is plenty of street parking available so parking shouldn't be an issue. The downtown mall is within walking distance and there is access to a bus stop on Route 11.
