The space
This listing is for a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a 7 unit building located in the heart of 12th South.

You'll park in the back lot, reserved for "tenants" during evening hours, and first-come, first-serve during the day, so we highly recommend limiting the cars you bring (you'll get 2 unassigned spots per unit). You'll take the back steps to access the unit on the second floor.

Just a 5 minute drive to Vanderbilt and grocery stores, it's easy to fill up the kitchen for a night in, or easily walk to many restaurants that are still open for take out!

HUGE windows, bright white walls, comfy beds and luxurious bedding, plenty of towels, open concept, gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit.

You'll find a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, with an open layout into the living area with a Smart TV hooked up with cable, and bar stools, should you cook inside.

You'll also find the first of two bedrooms with an attached bath, as well as a closet/laundry room to share with the gang!

Our sofas are pullout beds, so there's plenty of room to sleep 6 comfortably!

Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom.

The courtyard is shared with the other units in the building, so enjoy! (and please be respectful, too)
