Charming and large studio in the Capitole district of Toulouse. Ideal for couples or business travelers.
My accommodation can comfortably accommodate 2 guests and has a double bed. Wifi, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine are also included.
Sheets and towels will be provided.

The space
Warm, carefully decorated and entirely equipped, it is a 35sqm studio, for 2 people maximum.
You will be located in the district of the Capitole, close to the place of Daurade. The accommodation is just next to the Garonne, place where you can have beautiful walks.
Other features to consider:
→ The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor WITHOUT elevator
→ L'accès à l'appartement n'est pas adapté aux personnes qui ont des difficultés à se déplacer (l'escalier est assez raide)
→ Linen and 2 towels included
→ A key set will be at your disposal
→ Although partially renovated and regularly maintained, the apartment has elements of the old building (small defects, chipped floor tiles, the shutters are difficult to handle, the work surface is a little sticky etc.).
To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal:
• Living-room: sofa, double bed, television, work place, dining table for 4 people.
• Bedroom separated from the living room by a partition: double bed 140, closets.
• Opened kitchen on the living-room: fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, drying machine, bar for 2 people.
• Bathroom: shower, toilets, heated towel rails.
Please note that the windows overlook a busy street and that there may be noise. However, the windows have double glazing with soundproofing.
Guest access
It will be a self check-in. Our support service will no longer be available after 8 p.m. but you will still be able to access the accommodation using the key box.
Other things to note
→ For any booking longer than 30 days, a cleaning (minimum) will be carried out at your expense. We will agree on dates and times together.
NOTE:
→ The apartment is not new and there may be some signs of wear and tear (some paint cracks or stains on furniture or worktop). It's a cozy apartment that lives, it's not a standardized hotel room :) It's in any case very functional, pleasant and well appointed. It is prepared with the utmost care between each stay.
→ A set of keys will be available to you
