We settled down here in Woodstock in 2013. We are devoted to our 2 sons, our Bernese Mountain Dog (Ben Solo), and our four goats—Patch, Chewbacca, Yoda, and Finn. Paul is a high school teacher of philosophy, cultural anthropology, mythology, and history. Kara is an oncology nurse who works remotely as a clinical coordinator at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle. We enjoy quiet days at home, traveling when we can, taking walks, listening to music, watching movies, and great restaurants.

As hosts, we hope to provide you with a tranquil stay and sharing in all that our little corner of the world has to offer.
