The TV in the living room is a (website hidden) Led TV from Sony, which has internet and allows you to browse the internet ( No need to bring your laptop) It also has NETFLIX which i left with my account so any guest can watch a movie.
there is also a City garage three blocks away (at Penn and Alton) that is one half the price. Getting in and out of either is expensive. Probably the best thing to do is to get your driving done in one day, and then park as long as possible. (Which is fine since the apt is in a great walking area.)
YOU CAN PARK ON RESIDENTIAL AREAS FROM 9AM TO 5PM ON WEEKDAYS. BEYOND THAT YOU NEED A RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT. THERE IS NO ACTUAL PARKING ON THE PROPERTY. HOWEVER, THERE IS A
PUBLIC PARKING LOCATED ON 16TH STREET AND COLLINS.
