Step outside your door and find Baroque fountains, medieval churches, Imperial Roman temples and the shops, restaurants and people which lead people to call Rome a big "village". Trastevere maintains its character thanks to its narrow cobbled streets lined by medieval houses.

  • We had a wonderful stay at Elisabetta's. She has been very welcoming and helpful. The place was lovely, spacious and decorated with such good taste. The old italian building is remarkable too :) thanks again !

  • This place is classic. Beautiful high ceiling with loft bedroom, quaint bathroom and in a quieter end of trastervere. We loved out stay here. Easy to find and get in on arrival and good list of recommended restaurants and activities. Easy walk to Vatican city, roman forum, pantheon and a decent walk to the Colloseum

  • The Suite is in agreat location for walking to major historical sites in Rome, as well as a hot spot for nightlife (Trastevere). Elizabetta gave us detailed instructions to her apartment, helped with reservations for future travel and all a round general information about Rome. The apartment was very unique in the decorations and artwork found on the walls. We loved it. Beautiful building, gardens to look at from within the apartment. We were very much impressed as this was our first AIRBNB booking. Noise on the street got a little loud one night , but closing of window solved this problem. Would stay here again and again

  • This is the perfect area in Rome. There is nightlife and great food (take the advice of Elisabetta and try the local food). It is very close to all the major sites - we walked to everything and only took a bus on the last day to go to the train station.

It's a little like having your own apartment which is good. Elisabetta greeted us and was informative about the area.

There was just a couple of things to say - there is noise at night from the traffic, but you're in the middle of a city, so it is hard to avoid. Beware of the beams in the bathroom - I almost knocked myself out a couple of times getting into the shower and ended up taking baths instead of showers.

Otherwise it was clean and tidy. Well worth it.

  • Well located, spacious room with heaps of character.
Elisabetta is a delightful host who is easily approachable to answer any questions. Many great local restaurants and a short walk to Campo di fiori and Piazza Navone.
    I would live to return.

  • My boyfriend and I stayed there for 4 days at the LOFT. We both like the location. It is very close to everything. And the nearby neighborhood is nice to walk around in the evening. We also enjoy the convenience of the full functioning kitchen. But I have to make a note that if you are tall, be careful of the metal overhang above the bottom of the stairs and the arch between the beds. We both hit our heads twice. Also, please read her description carefully. There is no AC. It can be difficult during summer with high heat, humidity and mosquitoes.

  • Beautiful spacious place, super clean! We could walk to all major sights. Trastevere is a wonderful neighbourhood to stay with not too many tourists and plenty of bars and restaurants. Elisabetta is super friendly and helpful, provided us with insider tipps for authentic italian kitchen. Would love to come back!

  • We stayed two nights in this Bed & Breakfast and we really enjoyed it. The room is spacious and the bed is really comfortable.
But the real advantage of the room is that it is situated in Trastevere which is very central and a wonderful area for a night out.
Elisabetta is very nice and very hepful.

  • Elisabetta is a truly warm, caring, charming and very welcoming host who will give you either that special Roman experience or the independence you wish. The apartment was great, very clean, warm (temperature AND decoration) and perfectly located to explore the nearby hip quarters or the ancient parts of the city. Most is within walking distance. The only drawback was the ceiling height in the shower, which required a little stretching exercice during the showering routine. Nevertheless, I'd have not the slightest doubt to return to Elisabetta's place anytime again. Highly recommended!!!
