Rich in the Roman period (Mosaic of the Roman Baths, remains of the Roman Theater, urban configuration, etc.), even more splendid in the Middle Ages, Bevagna is a journey through the history through its characteristic alleys, along the ancient Via Flaminia and through one of the most beautiful squares in Europe, overlooked by three Churches: Piazza Filippo Silvestri.
I could tell you of the sunsets on the skyline of the village, the cloisters and craft shops that animate it, I could describe the goodness of its typical products, such as "porchetta", I could also tell you about the tradition of the particular names given to the unborn in the past, but nothing like an image or a visit here can make you understand the beautiful and even a little complex world of Bevagna.
