Oversized windows make for a bright, open feel in this 1-bedroom apartment. Every space has been updated to make an older building look and feel new. The space is heated by a boiler in the winter and cooled by a new window air conditioner in the summer.

This private, renovated apartment is an upstairs unit in a quiet 4-plex. Enjoy the privacy of an updated kitchen, bathroom and living room within walking distance of downtown Rochester and Mayo Clinic. The front entryway and laundry facilities are shared spaces.

Other things to note
*******This apartment is following Airbnb's enhanced cleaning recommendations due to COVID19. That includes washing duvet covers, mattress protectors and blankets between guests and sanitizing all surfaces, among other things. All sheets and towels have always been washed between guests.*******

We do everything possible to allow flexibility knowing that Mayo Clinic patients could have to leave early or stay longer. We pride ourselves on offering as much flexibility as possible, while also keeping an up-to-date availability calendar for future guests. Please be advised that our policy is 48 hours notice of early departure, and the guest MUST proceed with the cancellation on their side to receive any additional funds due. If a situation arises where a guest is departing right away, our policy requires guests to pay two additional days ahead. Example: If the guest leaves on a Monday and notifies us on Monday, they are required to pay through Wednesday. If a guest is planning to leave on Wednesday and notifies us by 10am Monday (check out time), they only owe through their stay of Wednesday, provided they make a formal cancellation request through Airbnb.
