One bedroom is situated in front and one is situated in the back of the flat with a window overlooking a quiet courtyard/garden.

We use a transparent price policy, so the price given on this website is the total price (plus any fees the website may charge). This price is inclusive of all services in the apartment, sheets and towels for all guests and even checkout cleaning. There is nothing else to pay for up to 4 guests. For more than 4 guests, we charge a supplement per night of 40£ per guest
The neighbourhood is amazing : the flat is in a quiet street but has the convenience of being in the heart of the West End, which boasts some of the most stunning bars, cafes, cinemas, theatres, clubs, supermarkets, and shops with Oxford street right on your door step.
There is also 2 supermarkets (Tesco and Sainsuburys) within a 4 min walk from the flat. Marks and Spencer and Waitrose are 6min away on Tottemham Court Road. The new famous Primark store on Oxford Circus is 6min away
Some other well known attractions in the area include, Oxford street with all major department stores and shops, Soho, Leicester Square, Regent street (Hamleys, Apple Store...), Mayfair, Regents Park, Carnaby Street, The British Museum, the West End theatres famous for their musicals, Covent Garden, Picadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square are all within walking distance.
Undergrounds within 3 to 6 minutes walk include Goodge Street (closest), Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Great Portland Street.

There is currently work on a building accross the street from 8am to 6pm week days and 8am to noon on Saturdays.

Consideration for neighbours during quiet hours after (phone number hidden). The building is VERY quiet and you will receive the same courtesy from neighbours during your stay
No noisy entertainment is permitted during the stay
If there is ANY complaint of abnormal levels of noise, there will be a charge made to the guest's deposit
Rubbish collection from the street is daily, rubbish/trash is to be put outside after 5pm
Séjour tres agréable . L'appartement est très bien situé, proche d'Oxford Circus mais également de Regrnt's park, pour aller respirer dans la verdure!
L'appartement d'Olivier est très agréable. Il est décoré avec soin. Il est lumineux, calme, très bien tenu et bien chauffé. A conseiller pour découvrir Londres depuis une position centrale.
Appartement idéalement situé dans une petite rue calme mais animée en plein centre de Londres.
OXFORD / SOHO : tout à pied à 2 mn.
Commerces / Pubs / Restaurants : au pied de l'immeuble.

Très calme , clair et spacieux avec 2 chambres séparées ( nous étions 4 Personnes ) .

Séjour très agréable dans l'appartement d'Olivier. Il nous a envoyé les clés par la poste, ce qui a grandement simplifié notre arrivée. Très central et facile à trouver, l'appartement est parfait pour un week-end à Londres. Quelques bruits de travaux le samedi matin nous ont un peu réveillés, mais rien de bien grave.
Pied-à-terre idéal pour visiter Londres. Appartement calme, spacieux (pour le centre de Londres) et parfaitement bien situé (notamment, proche de la gare Internationale).
Muy buen apartamento. Super bien ubicado. Tiene todo lo necesario y es perfecto para 5 personas.
La comunicación con Olivier el propietario fue facil y siempre respondio a lo que necesitamos.

We were very happy with the location of the flat as it provided really easy access to most areas of London we were interested in. There is also a reasonable eat street nearby which made for a community stay feel.
The flat itself was a little disappointing. We found the street entry to be not very inviting (the taxi driver was a little hesitant to leave us there at night until we had opened the door) and the stairway up to the flat is worn. The flat itself is conformable and quiet but details such as towel rails and hooks half hanging off the walls detracted from the overall experience.
Don, I am very sorry that you were not 100% satisfied like the guests usually are when they stay at my flat.
Just one thing as you make it sound like the neighborhood is not safe with your taxi anecdote : The flat is in one of the most thought after and safe neighborhoods in central London and is exactly like the pictures posted on the website. I also want to point out it is accross the street from one of the most desirable office and appartment building in central London so it is 100% safe and inviting.
I will have the towel rail fixed and I am sorry to hear that such a small detail "detracted you from the overall experience" of the flat as I certainly take pride in making sure my guests have everything they need to have a good time in London.
I am a well educated executive - 39 years old and I work every week in London from Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday and spend the rest of the time in Paris
