A contemporary yet comfortable two bedroom apartment situated in the heart of London near Soho, Oxford Street, Bloomsbury and Fitzrovia on the 2nd floor of a three storey building.
Totally refurbished to a high standard, professionally decorated and newly furnished with plenty of natural light.
Some of the apartment's assets includes; wooden floors, 42 inch digital flat screen connected TV, Wireless internet, DVD/BluRay player with a selection of films for everyone and home theatre surround sound system, Ipod or Iphone speakers and docking station, fully furnished to a high standard, central heating, fully fitted contemporary kitchen with fridge, microwave, gas hob and oven, 2 double king size beds each in their own bedroom + king size sofa-bed in the lounge sleeps 2 very comfortably .
One bedroom is situated in front and one is situated in the back of the flat with a window overlooking a quiet courtyard/garden.

We use a transparent price policy, so the price given on this website is the total price (plus any fees the website may charge). This price is inclusive of all services in the apartment, sheets and towels for all guests and even checkout cleaning. There is nothing else to pay for up to 4 guests. For more than 4 guests, we charge a supplement per night of 40£ per guest
The neighbourhood is amazing : the flat is in a quiet street but has the convenience of being in the heart of the West End, which boasts some of the most stunning bars, cafes, cinemas, theatres, clubs, supermarkets, and shops with Oxford street right on your door step.
There is also 2 supermarkets (Tesco and Sainsuburys) within a 4 min walk from the flat. Marks and Spencer and Waitrose are 6min away on Tottemham Court Road. The new famous Primark store on Oxford Circus is 6min away
Some other well known attractions in the area include, Oxford street with all major department stores and shops, Soho, Leicester Square, Regent street (Hamleys, Apple Store...), Mayfair, Regents Park, Carnaby Street, The British Museum, the West End theatres famous for their musicals, Covent Garden, Picadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square are all within walking distance.
Undergrounds within 3 to 6 minutes walk include Goodge Street (closest), Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Great Portland Street.
Other Things to Note
There is currently work on a building accross the street from 8am to 6pm week days and 8am to noon on Saturdays.

Consideration for neighbours during quiet hours after (phone number hidden). The building is VERY quiet and you will receive the same courtesy from neighbours during your stay
No noisy entertainment is permitted during the stay
If there is ANY complaint of abnormal levels of noise, there will be a charge made to the guest's deposit
Rubbish collection from the street is daily, rubbish/trash is to be put outside after 5pm
Très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Olivier, spacieux, calme et bien agencé, il a également l'avantage d'être très bien placé dans Londres.
Olivier communicated exceptionally well and was very responsive throughout the trip. Very smooth check-in, as he had mailed us the keys ahead of time.
As others have noted, the location of the apartment is nice for families, 3 minutes to the metro, good walking distance from many things.
There was enough room for our family, and the pictures/description are accurate.
The wi-fi was a little hit/miss, but that was about the only hiccup on the trip.
Overall, from a value for the money standpoint, it's hard to beat Olivier's place - reasonable price, good location. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Fifth time I spend the weekend in Olivier's flat and, as usual, perfect weekend... Clean apartment, quiet neighborhood, perfect size for a family (we were 2 parents and 2 kids)... No problem at all

An amazing flat in amazing location! Couldn't get more central, yet still feel tucked away as the apartment is on a side street off the main road. Everything was great in the flat with plenty of extra bedding and towels.
One of the best things about this apartment is the owner, Olivier---we just finished a vacation where we stayed at 3 B&B locations and Olivier was "clearly" the most attentive host. When I texted Olivier he responded almost instantly--very helpful
I love the location. In 15 minutes (I timed it) you can walk to the Musical Les Miz, and in than 15 minutes you can walk to the British Museum--which should give you a good idea of the apartments location
if you want to tube, there is a Tube stop close by (5 minute walk)
The apartment is quiet, clean, and there is a good grocery store steps away. Good restaurants nearby---pubs nearby
There is no elevator, so you need to drag up your bags about 40 steps -- not an issue for us, but it may be for others
