Returning to Rosslyn felt like coming home. With a couple of days between flights I was able to relax and revive, taking time over the delicious breakfast provided on the terrace overlooking the sprawling gardens, or sitting, reading during the afternoon. Such a privilege to be a guest with family in residence. Look forward to returning in the near future.

Bruce is an exceptional host and his mother, Sonia, is so kind. This is a very lovely property and I would love to stay here again the next time I am in Nairobi. The back porch and Amanda's room are a little spotty on wifi, but that's sometimes to be expected. I loved having breakfast and otherwise working on the back porch. The pictures don't do this place justice! It is just magical. And Bruce invited me to have dinner (I ordered a yummy pizza for delivery) with him and Sonia on my last night. All in all, a wonderful experience and the pets always make things seem even more like home. Thank you Bruce and Sonia!

The house was lovely. It was filled with the most beautiful art pieces, and well tended gardens with flowers and plants. Bruce was also a fine host who took time to show me where everything was. A truly beautiful place to stay in while in Nairobi and would recommend it to anyone!

I felt immediately welcomed by this family, and they went out of their way to make me feel at home. Family as well as guests came and went while I was there and it was a pleasure to get to know everyone. The gardens are peaceful and great for a morning walk, and I recommend you stay for at least a couple of days to enjoy their endless book collection. Hoping to have reason to return in the next three months .

Bruce and family are the soul of hospitality. They live a life less ordinary on the side of a gorgeous Nairobi hill. Its a few minutes to the UN, few minutes into the city. Simply perfect! Andrew
