Freestanding WHOLE home rental, not a duplex. Fantastic location on Cannon st near King St. Great for groups. 3 bedrooms with FOUR premium Queen beds and 3 baths. Double porches, Parking for 1 car MAYBE 2. Beach towels and chairs, full kitchen, tvs in every bedroom. Can sleep up to 9 as sofa converts to full size bed. We are a small family business & strive to make guests as comfortable as possible. Legal city rental. Annually inpsected by city and fire dept. #OP2023-3100

The space
One bedroom/one bath located on the first floor. As well as a fully equipped large kitchen with a dining room/living room combo. Second bedroom is upstairs with bathroom across the hall. Large master is located down the hall with two queen beds, large bath, dual sinks. Each bedroom has a suitcase rack and nice size closet (master has large walk in). Upstairs porch overlooking Cannon. Eight beach towels and eight very simple target beach chairs provided for guests use if needed. TWO pack n plays with sheets available at house.

Guest access
Access is by digital keypad on the front door. The night before check in guests will be emailed instructions and personal code for stay. The driveway is to the right of the house if you are facing the house.

Other things to note
PETS
We do accept pets. If you did not see the pet fee at booking, please consider either leaving a tip, sending money via the app or just message me and I can send a request for funds and you can complete the transaction. All money goes to cleaning.
PARKING
The driveway is tandem parking, meaning one car in front of the other. The driveway is 31 ft long. Wheels need to be on the driveway.I have seen two small/midsize suvs parked at the same time but it was super tight! If one car is a large suv or truck only one vehicle will probably fit. Street parking throughout downtown is residential permit parking. You can park for 2 hours after that you run the risk of getting a ticket(s) There are a couple of close parking garages if you need more parking. Midtown is just at the end of the street at 588 King and The Charleston Visitor Center parking garage is close by as well. Its roughly $16 to $18 for 24 hour period.

We are a family living in downtown Charleston. I have been here 28 years, originally from the midwest. I have had twin boys who are now 19. They both attend Clemson. We are big fans of downtown bike rides, Second Sunday on King St, Riverdogs baseball games and beach days on Sullivans.
