Situated in the heart of trendy Upper Street, Angel, N1, the apartment is completely refurbished to a high standard with modern furnishing and décor. It includes WIFI Internet, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, and automatic central heating. This is a self-contained private apartment with no shared facilities. Just minutes away from London's most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London.

Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, and local supermarkets. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

If you have good luck you will meet our favorite Mayor of London - Boris Johnson - while he goes shopping as he chose Angel as his home. Islington is well known for nightlife and theatre and offers an impressive range to rival the West End.

There is central heating, and no need for Air Conditioning (AC) in London.

The open plan living room area hosts a couch that converts into a double sofa bed for additional guess, as well as an extra guest bed. A dining table can be found in the living room for meals. There's the dinner table with chairs in the pictures, and also new extra funky stools for more guests. The entertainment system includes a 32-inch digital TV, cable TV service, Blu-Ray & DVD player surround sound system, I-pod/I-phone speakers. PlayStation PS3 console with selection of games, and 2 controllers. You are welcome to bring your own games for PS3 too. There is fiber optic wireless broadband throughout (WIFI). A courtesy UK mobile phone is provided for your use during your stay. There's the dinner table with chairs in the pictures, and also new extra funky stools for more guests.

The bedroom is furnished with a double-size bed fitted with a top quality memory foam mattress and fresh linens. The apartment benefits from blackout blinds for total darkness for a comfortable nights sleep, both in the bedroom and in the living room area for those sleeping on the sofa bed.

There's blackout blinds as well.

A walk-in shower can be found in the bathroom along with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and a selection of shampoo and soaps for your convenience.

Making meals is easy with the fully equipped open plan kitchen including: fridge and freezer, gas hob, and oven. From appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. Enjoy a morning coffee from the latest Nespresso coffee machine with a wide selection of flavor capsules and variety of mugs. A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry and a dishwasher as well.

The bedroom window opens out onto an eclectic roof terrace with seating perfect for a breathe of fresh air. The flat benefits from secure entry with intercom and buzzer, renovated entrance and stairways to building. The cosy roof terrace is only for 2 guests, and has limited access, for clarify. It's a nice bonus for summertime sunny days.

This flat is managed by a professional support team who consistently provide outstanding customer care. The multi-lingual team speaks English, Italian, French, Portuguese and Spanish.

We have the best housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure that your flat will be polished upon arrival for your stay with us. Our green house keeping team is always eco-friendly, using only environmentally safe cleaning products.

We welcome children too, under adult supervision.

Available for short-term rentals and special rates are available for bookings for several months. For more than 4 guests, we charge a supplement per night. Once you book, we email you complete check-in details, contract, with full address, directions, instructions, emergency contacts, and a point of contact for your arrival. For your convenience we will meet you at the apartment on arrival so you don't have to go to any office to collect keys. We will provide you with 2 sets of keys and all information you will need for your stay.

The apartment is located on Upper Street, that's in the area of Angel, Islington, post code N1. Zone 1. You can see the location map here on the website, with precise location. Full address we provide after the reservation is made and we send together will all contacts and arrival instructions, as soon as you book it, but you can see the exact location on the map presented- just scroll down or click to see – MAP.

There is public (paid) parking for your car- should you choose to drive into London. We recommend public transport instead- because it can take you everywhere. My apartment doesn't have parking but you'll be able to park in the streets (pay-and-display) or at indoor parking at the N1 centre in our area here. Complete specific detailed information will be sent with your booking confirmation and arrival instructions and you can look up online too.

Angel and Highbury-&-Islington underground stations are on the same street as the apartment. St.Pancras station and its Eurostar terminal to Paris and Brussels is less than a 20-minute walk away. Many buses into the center and other parts of London can be found literally on your doorstep, and the West End can be reached in 15 minutes.

The price also comprises of a long-term discount (for stays longer than 6 nights). And for longer than 12 nights even more. Moreover the rates include all bills and services from WIFI to gas, and local taxes, etc. These are very significant in London but I took care of them for you. There's nothing extra to pay. The rates on the website already include these features.

Guest Access

You will be sent you confirmation right away after you book online, with complete welcome pack, directions and contacts. We will meet you at the apartment and hand 2 sets of keys and show you how everything works.

Interaction with Guests

You will be greeted on arrival, shown around the flat and given two sets of keys for your stay. You are then left to enjoy the flat as and when you like. You are able to come and go 24 hours a day. If you need any assistance during your stay there will be someone you can get in touch with any time.
If I am unable to meet and greet I will arrange for someone who will be able to answer any queries or deal with any issues.
We offer a check-in briefing, and a manual of instructions in the apartment, and also email it in advance. There is no concierge service like in a hotel but we react to genuine emergencies in record time and answer any questions by phone or email or in person. We are unable to reconfigure the apartment for each guest, for short stays, and please don't move furniture or appliances around.
During your stay, I will make sure either myself or my wife will be available to answer questions or requests you may have, we can be reached via mobile or email, we are here to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Whilst not offering concierge service, we can assist with reasonable requests and certainly any emergencies. A complete Instructions Manual is provided in the apartment, to quickly answer any technical questions- such as how to turn on the cable tv, and WIFI password, etc.

Transportation on Arrival

We recommend taking a taxi from the airport for a quick and easy ride into Central London. The underground metro can be difficult to navigate with heavy luggage and children on first arrival.

Travel for London have created a super useful Journey Planner tool that shows the quickest and cheapest route around town using the London Transport system. They also have a smart phone app which I use often myself.

The nearest tube station for the apartment is Highbury-Islington, the next one is Angel. They are each at extreme ends of Upper Street, where the apartment is.

Consideration for neighbours during quiet hours after 23:00-08:00. You ought to receive the same courtesy from them during your stay

Furniture and fixtures are not to be moved inside the apartment or removed from the apartment

You benefit from use of a courtesy UK mobile/cell phone. This is on a pay-as-you-go basis, and you are to top up balance to make calls. You can buy vouchers at most convinience stores. We have always provide this service without any problems to date, but please note that the use of the courtesy mobile phone is subject to availability, and there is no 100% guarantee.

Third party services: we do our best to ensure selection of the best service providers for internet, tv, mobile phone etc, and maintain all equipment new and in good working order, but we cannot be held responsible for the reliability of these third party services. They are all courtesy of the rental. We do have had an outstanding reliability track record to date.

Rubbish collection from the street is daily, rubbish/trash is to be put outside after 5pm

Pets welcome exceptionally during March 2012 only. Pets are not normally allowed to stay or to visit the property. You will benefit from a clean and healthy environment, thanks to this rule. The tenant is responsible for any pets allowed to enter the property and any damage they might cause.

The property is to be returned in clean condition (professional cleaning standard) and free from personal belongings, just as found upon arrival. Professional cleaning at check-in and check-out is pre-organised, all you have to do is agree a time directly with cleaners for checkout. Otherwise 10am checkoout cleaning applies. Additional extra or regular cleaning for longer stays can be organised your convenience and cost will depend on condition. Rate: £13 per hour. Allow 4 hours for light cleaning, 8 hours for deep cleaning. You will find direct contact details for the cleaning company when you book, and also in the property, to make arrangements directly at your convenience.

A late check-in is offered for after 18:00 / 6:00pm for a small £25 fee to be paid to our representative upon arrival
