The apartment is located in the 9th floor of a beautiful building, designed by the austrian architect Franz Heep, the same that did Edifício Itália, a postcard of the city. It`s wide (80m2), full of light, all renewed and thought specially to receive guests. It fits well 4 people (2 in the bedroom and 2 in the sofa at the living room, that turns into a queen size bed). The windows of the living room and the room has blackout curtains.
Fully equiped kitchen, 50 MB wireless internet.

The house is all yours during your stay. =) We will only be at the apartment to handle you the keys and then to get it back – or anytime you need us.
Largo do Arouche is a green oasis in the heart of São Paulo. It`s a square full of trees, good restaurants, supermarkets, atm machines... peaceful during the day and bohemian at night. You have everything you need just beneath the apartment.
The subway station is only 5 minutes away. The main bus stop is reached in a 10 minutes walk. You can be in Avenida Paulista, for example, in 15 minutes. You won`t need a taxi or a car!
Other Things to Note
The apartment is very close to the universities Mackenzie and Escola da Cidade. And several other museums and sights of the city such as Pinacoteca do Estado, Teatro Municipal and Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil.
