Unique stay in the Deep ecology Art centre, built entirely by the hands of 3 women. This place is a retreat for body & soul, offering perfect peace in natural surroundings. Strategic location, Ljubljana is 20 min away, Airport Ljubljana 25 min, Velika Planina & Kamniška Bistrica 20 min away! The space
The barn covered with roof and has walls made of hay bales. Front is open, there is a balcony facing the Alps, perfect for drinking coffee in the morning, cudling the cats and enjoying the sunrise. Sleeping on a barn is an experience of sleeping outside, with the benefit of a roof. Outside toilet & Outside shower with hot water shared with very few guests.

There is an open kitchen with electric & gas cooker, refrigerator and sink. The vegan friendly kitchen is shared with very few guests. By the outdoor fireplace there is a covered area with table and benches for approx. 8 persons. There are few more sitting places with tables around the garden.

Our centre is a lively-all the time creating & working bee hive, if you feel like it, you are welcome to join our daily creative adventures :)

You can retreat yourself with some of our equine programmes - You can retreat yourself with some of our unique equine programmes - Introduction to connection with a horse on a deeper level for adults & Heartfelt riding for children (both 1 hour).

I have traveled a lot, been to a lot of places, seen a lot of things. But what I cherised the most were experiences, those deep and authentic moments when I was able to become a part of community and everydar life. That is why I did volunteer work abroad (and even wrote a book on volunteer work and responsible tourism, to encourage young people), as it gave me an opportunity to become a part of something, to share, learn and be helpful. I have also worked as a tour guide, at first in foreign countries, later on in Slovenia, especially in the area where I live - beautiful medieval town Koamnik with magnificent Alps, Velika planina pasture and the River Bistrica valley. I can tell stories, give tips where to go or maybe even take you there :) I am a writer and storyteller, in love with nature and animals. I remember searching for special places to stay on my travels, like the ones where I can have a connection with nature, animals and unique, natural setting. Being vegan, I hoped fot kitchen without the smell of meat in it. Now I am lucky to live in a centre where we live and create in deep connection with animals and nature. The setting is magical, our hand made and very natural, too :) I wanted to shine the light for all the travellers out there, the ones with the kind heart and love for nature. That is why I have opened the door to our very special place where we live by the rules of kindness, compassion, respect and love. And good stories, art, delicious food and lots of laughter :)
