Just two hours from New York City, the North Fork is a food and wine lover’s paradise. Chock full of farmstands, wineries, seafood markets, and outstanding, critically-acclaimed restaurants, it’s a four season feast for the senses.
Our chic two-bedroom home is just a ten-minute walk to the boutiques, restaurants, bars, cafes and antique shops of Greenport Village. We are also a ten-minute walk to stunning beaches, marinas, harbours and the LIRR and Hampton Jitney stops.
Greenport and the North Fork are great for kids too: mini-golf, old-fashioned ice cream parlours, beaches, kayak and stand-up paddle board rentals, movie theaters, petting zoos, apple and pumpkin picking, a vast beachfront state park with hiking trails and an authentic 1920s harbourfront carousel mean there’s plenty to do for everyone.
Our house has one full and one queen bed. The backyard is perfect for entertaining and outdoor dining and a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen make this rental ideal for all of your culinary do-it-yourself adventures.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions–we love the North Fork and love spreading the word about our fantastic home away from home.

Lovely house perfect for weekend getaway. The house is very close to down center in quiet street. Very functional setup with nice kitchen and dining table. We were 2 couples with 2 infants and we had plenty of space. We also made great use of the garden. Highly recommend!
We had a lovely time here. The house has a "cottage" feel--cozy and sweet. The kitchen was terrific and updated, with great appliances. Monique was really nice to work with, providing helpful information and being accommodating. The location of this place couldn't be beat--so close to farms, wineries, beaches (all 5-10 minute drive).
We visited Monique's Greenport home in August and had the most wonderful stay! The house was clean, perfectly located, and exactly what we were hoping it would be for our long weekend getaway. Monique provided great recommendations and easy instructions making our stay comfortable and our first visit to Greenport such a success. Thank you for everything, Monique! Can't wait to visit again!
Monique's place is absolutely the best! This was our second time staying there, this time with my mom and our 6 month old. It's a perfect size, cozy and cute, clean and airy. It was a nice stroll from the downtown area. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and the house was stocked with clean towels and linens. The back yard is a great place to sit and relax and spot a few deer. Monique was immediately accessible for questions and gave great recommendations for places to check out on the Northfork. We definitely would love to come back, hopefully next time for longer than just a weekend. I would recommend Monique's house to anyone that wants to check out the northfork and Monique is a wonderful host.
This house is great! Cute and cozy from the outside, but rustic and spacious on the inside (with an amazing modern kitchen). Location is awesome -- few minute's drive, or even walkable, to Main Street Greenport, and the area's vineyards and other attractions are also easily accessible by car.
Monique's house is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. It's very close to Greenport and wineries, yet in a quiet and relaxing area.

Cutest little house! 2 bedrooms, a very nice kitchen, bathroom, and great room. I liked the quirky decor in the house. The beds were comfy. Monique was accommodating for our late arrival. We didn't have time to enjoy the backyard, but it looked nice. She sent a very helpful email with details about the area, the house (wifi), etc... House could have used some additional minor cleaning, but nothing major.
We had the most wonderful week away at Monique's home in Greenport! It was hard to leave the cozy cottage and peaceful backyard. The home is in a great place, near enough to walk to the shops on Main St and the harbor, but far enough away that you feel part of the local scenery. Also, a short bike or car ride to any of the beaches in the area and to other nearby towns and all the North Fork wineries.
The yard is well-wooded, so you can't really see the neighbors, even though the house is on a small residential street. There is a neighborhood cat who likes to sprawl out on the front path, and deer occasionally wander into the backyard.
The house itself is small but comfortable. The bedrooms are cozy and nicely, but simply furnished with comfortable beds. The kitchen is modern and well-furnished. We did lots of cooking with fresh produce from the local farm stands and sat around the big, beautiful table for breakfast and dinner most days. There is also a grill and fire pit for use in the backyard. It really began to feel like home rather quickly.
Monique was easy to reach, and had lots of suggestions for things to do - - restaurants, wineries, beaches - - and for practical things - - grocery stores, etc.
I highly recommend booking with Monique. I know I will try to if I'm in the area again.
We had the best holiday here. A cosy, timber house on a nice street (in a really beautiful town) with enough room for the 4 of us and a well equipped kitchen- which was excellent value for money. Everything was provided (including wi-fi which kept the kids happy in the welcome absence of a TV) and Monique could not have been more helpful. Look out for the friendly neighborhood cat- and squirrel!
