  • Although we had some troubles with the hot water everything else about Eric's apartment and Eric, himself, as a host was incredible! His place is even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures show and the location is unbeatable. Eric was friendly, knowledgable and had good tips both in person as well as those he left in the apartment. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and the private balcony overlooking the small garden is an added bonus.

  • Eric was fantastic host and guide to city. Flat was centrally located to Paseo de la Reforma.

  • I can't say enough good things about Eric and his apartment! He and his wife were the perfect hosts--they provided us with a crib for our baby, left food for us, brought us fruit in the middle of our stay, etc. The location couldn't be better of more convenient and there is an authorized taxi stand across the street. The apartment is very comfortable--perfect and safe for a family with kids. Highly recommend!

  • Gotta love Eric's place. Didn't get to meet him,but Gustavo let us in as arranged. I could cook breakfast which was good(as in a good thing, don't know how good you would think my breakfasts are). Spacious apt. in a wonderful neighborhood. Since we had two separate stays in Mexico City , it was great to stay part of our time in Roma/Condessa and the other in the Centro Historico. Both are great, but in different ways. Roma is more relaxed and closer to the park, and of course "very hip. As Eric mentions, the apt. is very close to others and sounds do pass from one to another.Depending on who is occupying adjacent places,a person who is a very light sleeper, and goes to bed rather early might be distracted. We had a great time.

  • The flat is perfectly located: you can easely walk around the supernice neighberhoods condesa and roma from there. Also there is a subwaystation very close by. There is a lot of green in condesa and roma untypically for such a big city like df. As well you will find nice markets, parks and fruitdrinksellers just on the corner of the flat. In my opinion the best possible place to get around. The appartment itself is beautiful and has everything you need plus a stunning rooftop belonging to the whole house which you can use aswell. Eric is a warmhearted supernice guy, helping you if needed and giving great tips. If we go to df again this would again be our number one preference to stay!

  • Great location, the owner is very good at telling you about what there is to do in the area as well. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else but here.
    Would definitely come back again.

  • This apartment was perfect for our 4 night 5 day stay in Mexico City. It was out first time visiting the city and we wanted to enjoy all that Mexico had to offer. The apartment was in a great safe neighborhood, walking distance to parks, restaurants, bars and stores. It was large, clean, well decorated and a very private. The court yard is just off the main alley and tucked behind a gated entry. This was peaceful and secluded. I would highly recommend this apartment, great value, well kept and great location. We hope to return again!

  • I've stayed in a number of Airbnb rentals and this is my favorite so far--a beautiful place in a great neighborhood. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Eric is really nice and very responsive if you have any questions during your stay.
