Very much so - both via text, email before and during the stay. I also tend to personally greet them whenever possible (outside office hours) and give my personal tips.

Check In
  • Eric's flat is fantastic - spacious, welcoming, and very we'll located. Getting around the city is easy from here: near the Metro line 1, taxi stand across the street, and many places you may want to go in walking distance. Moreover, Eric's guidebook is full of great suggestions. Both Eric and his wife Regina were very helpful navigating our check in, as we arrived in the middle of the night.

  • We loved our 4 nights at Eric's apartment. It was perfect for our first experience of MC. Everything was close by and we could get a taxi across the road if it was too far to walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable. A great big space to spread out in too. We'd highly recommend it. Great memories.

    Response from Eric:

    Hi Sara

I'm sorry i didn't reply before - i thought i had but i don't see the history here. I'm checking what happened with the piping as we just had done so since some tenants had left coffee in the drain. And good to know about the light - will get one!

  • I highly recommend this apartment. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, but still very close to many of the attractions that Mexico City has to offer (museums, parks, Luche Libre, ect.) Eric was available almost instantly over email or text to answer any of our many questions while we were visiting. There was also too many good restaurants in walking distance to try them all on our trip. Definitely stay here for a safe good time.

  • I stayed at Eric's place for 4 nights in April 2014. The place was very nice and we had a pleasant stay. I was here with 2 other friends, so there were three of us total. The bedroom was comfy and had a nice comfortable bed. We also had a futon in the den. The apartment had good air flow and plenty of hot water, and strong internet connection which is very important to me. The house was stocked with water, toilet paper, towels, (email hidden)! I would definitely stay here again. Eric was super cool and accommodating whenever we needed him. He is very easy to get a hold of.

  • Eric's place was perfect! Its location, right in-between the city's two hottest neighborhoods, Roma and Condesa, and within walking distance to Chapultepec Park, major museums, and Paseo de la Reforma, couldn't have been more ideal for exploring the city during our first visit. We found the apartment clean, well designed, comfortable and quiet. Eric was a fantastic host who was easy to communicate with. His tips to restaurants and other sites in the area were spot on and priceless. Thanks, Eric, for your help in making our trip a memorable one!
