The private backyard offers an urban retreat, featuring a landscaped garden, outdoor seating, umbrella, and gas BBQ—ideal for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

Bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind and include sterns and foster mattresses, Italian percale linens, blackout curtains, and Smart TVs with Firesticks for Netflix, Prime Video, and Paramount+.

The fully equipped kitchen is practical and well appointed, suitable for everything from light meals to home-cooked dinners. The marble bathroom features heated floors (seasonal), a soaking tub, rain and handheld shower, double vanity, and plush towels.

• As a historic row house, the home offers wonderful character and charm, but sound can carry more than in newer construction. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, particularly in the evenings.
• For your convenience, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, coffee, and tea are provided.
• On-site parking is available for compact vehicles only. For larger vehicles, street parking permits are provided to ensure easy and nearby parking
