About This Listing
Benyon Wharf is a beautiful and secure modern canal-side apartment in Shoreditch, right on the doorstep of London's buzzy East End. Liverpool Street Station, Old Street and Dalston Junction are ten/ fifteen minutes away. Also a short walk to Broadway Market, London Fields and Angel along the canal. There is wifi, a balcony, and a private wharf. Regular buses travel directly to New Oxford Street (242), London Bridge (149) and Waterloo (243). Haggerston Tube and a local Tesco are two minutes away. The apartment has all mod cons, bamboo wooden floors throughout and enormous windows overlooking the water.
The regular room for rent is a private double bedroom as seen in the photographs. The bathroom is shared with me. I sleep and work in the work/live area upstairs.
This is a non-smoking flat but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony, thanks!
A cleaning fee will only apply if:

I am away when you arrive and your room needs to be cleaned/prepared in my absence. In general, I wear no shoes as there is underfloor heating and its much cosier...
Oonagh was a great host and the apartment was everything I could've asked for.
It was exactly as it looked in the picture right on the canal a short distance from quite a lot of things in London with a train stop and busses nearby.
Bed was very comfortable, bathroom arrangement was easy, shower worked great, apartment very clean and aesthetic.
I was often out late and leaving early morning, but Oonagh when she was around was always very pleasant to talk to and open to communication and helping in any way possible.
I had a wonderful stay at Oonagh's apartment. Her directions as well as detailed description of how to work things in the place before I arrived, made it really easy to settle in as soon as I got there. The room is simple and spacious with spare drawers and hangers so I was very comfortable in it. The location makes it incredibly easy for anyone visiting London to enjoy the big attractions as well as the nightlife. I also really enjoyed Oonagh's company, I miss her and the place already and hope to revisit when I get the chance.
We did not meet Oonagh as she was travelling during the time we were in the flat but she organised everything very well and told us everything we needed to know. She was alwasy available via message or phone to help us out if we had any questions. She was organised very well!
We felt save and home right aways as Oonagh was super supportive and welcoming via message even though she was not there in person. The flat was nice, clean and beautiful. Also the location is very comfortable you can walk into Shoreditch and reach the Center in a very short time.
Oonagh is very kind. Even we didn't have a chance to meet, she had arranged a long list of information which I couldn't ask for more. Her place is clean and cozy. It is very easy to access to city center as bus stops and overground are so close. I was really enjoy my stay and definitely recommend this place.
The place was well furnished and really safe. Oognah was really warm and hospitable. Over all a great place to stay. I really liked staying here and would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in London!
Superb flat; superb host - my only complaint is that I can't think of any complaints!
