In the heart of Antibes, our home is just an 8-minute walk to town and 20 minute walk to beautiful beaches. Ideal for adult groups of 2–12 with spacious rooms and a fantastic outdoor bar, BBQ and entertainment area. Family-friendly too with cots, high chairs and toys provided. Enjoy AC, WiFi, international TV, private pool, garden, beach gear and on-site parking — everything you need for a perfect stay.

The space
Set on a peaceful street just moments from the vibrant Old Town of Antibes, the property offers the perfect balance of tranquillity and convenience.

The home is modern, spacious and thoughtfully designed for comfort. All five bedrooms are generously sized, with air-conditioning for cool summer nights and radiators throughout to keep you cosy in winter. The house is arranged over two floors, with one level accessible without stairs.

Outdoor living is where the property truly shines. At the top of the house, a charming summer garden provides an intimate space for relaxed BBQ evenings. Downstairs, you’ll find a large landscaped garden featuring a private in-ground pool, BBQ, bar, dining area, comfortable lounge seating and a bioclimatic pergola — ideal for long, sunny afternoons and warm evenings with friends and family.

A property manager, Debbie, lives in a self-contained apartment attached to the house. She has a completely separate entrance and no access to the main home, ensuring your privacy while being available if you need assistance during your stay. She is also an experienced and highly recommended babysitter, perfect if you’d like to enjoy an evening out. If you prefer not to have Debbie on the premises we are able to move her to another apartment during you stay.

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire house, both gardens and the private pool, with the exception of the separate apartment where the property manager lives (or if you prefer to have the entire property Debiie is able to move out, her apartment is also available to rent should you have an overflow of guests).

The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a dedicated laundry room for your convenience. There is also a fantastic outdoor shower with excellent water pressure and temperature — perfect for rinsing off after the pool or beach.
We have parking for 4 cars on the property, 2 inside the gate and 2 on street parking.

Other things to note
Please note there is a 3-minute walk up a gentle incline to reach the house. Guests with walking difficulties may prefer to have a car for added convenience. For most visitors — including young children — the walk is short and manageable. It’s also a great excuse to work off those delicious French baguettes and ice creams along the way! 😉
