Martha and Myra were amazing hosts! Very responsive through Airbnb messaging and texting when needed. Accommodated a change in my later arrival and provided a welcoming tour of the apartment. Also, gave insights on the area and local amenities.
The space was very comfortable, peaceful and tidy. The listing accurately reflects the room. Had our own mini fridge, kettle, dishes, cutlery, teas, cereal and porridge.
I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and if I ever return to Boston, I plan on staying again.
Myra was welcoming and keen to format our stay to suit our needs. Our accommodation was clean, comfy, cosy and safe. Both bus and train are within easy reach. As an often solo walker, I found Boston of great interest. A reassuringly happy experience as a 1st time airbnb user. Thanks to Myra and Martha.
We had a pleasant time at Martha's house. The location is easy to get to, with on-street parking (a luxury in Boston), and the neighborhood felt safe. Very nearby are restaurants, a Whole Foods, CVS, & the 39 bus is indeed easy to jump on.
The house was warm and cozy and our third floor accommodations were private, quiet, & clean. There is a private bathroom, with shower, and other important things like an alarm clock, wireless internet and more. To get upstairs, you go through Martha's living room and say hello, but I didn't feel that I was intruding. Martha & Myra are super friendly and relaxed. Thanks for having us.
Martha and Myra put into place a lovely studio in the attic of their welcoming and charming house. The attic has been turned by them into a sympathetic and spacious studio with matching colours, artistic details and impressive bookshelves. The bathroom is generously provided with towels and bathroom products. The studio has a wireless connection to the net.
They gave us us gentle hints to make the most of our stay in Boston, see places of interest and where to have meals in restaurants serving at a fair price.
In the morning before leaving and in the evening we had our little chats and updates. A place to stay at one's money's worth... and a place to go back to as well. Thank you both, for being correct and friendly hosts!
Martha and Myra were wonderful, friendly hosts! They made it a point to make me feel very welcome, even buying me milk and bread at one point during my crazy 4-week externship in Boston. The room is extremely spacious, quiet, and comfortable, not to mention immaculately clean. It was a nice relaxing place to sleep, study, and unwind after coming home from work. I had everything I needed, and more. The location is fantastic, btw, with a bus stop right on the corner, and walking distance to all these awesome restaurants.
Terrific hostesses, they went out of their way to help us and make us feel comfortable. We had the entire top floor to spread out in, including table a chairs, fridge, microwave and dishes etc. Right at bus stop and close to subway
Martha was completely considerate, and their cool, quiet top floor bedroom was a very comfortable place to sleep.
Myra and Martha were warm and welcoming hosts. We arrived mid-afternoon and wanted to get into Boston straightaway. Myra explained how to get to and use the metro systems and we were on our way! The room and facilities were clean and tidy and the prevailing ambience of their home was in fact, sunny, spacious and peaceful. Myra made recommendations to a wonderful breakfast venue which we used each day. Our three days in Boston were exciting and tiring, so we were grateful to be able to sleep very well each night in a very comfortable bed. Thank you both for making our first visit to Boston so very enjoyable!

Martha and Myra were great and their home is lovely. They were flexible when our arrival got delayed, were helpful in suggesting things to do and see, and gave us plenty of space to enjoy our short visit. The room was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby and bus and metro access a short walk away. The neighborhood gave us a good feel for what it might be like to live in Boston instead of being stuck in a tourist hotel somewhere in the business district, we had a great visit. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to you as well.
Martha and Myra are very nice and pleasant persons and their suite is very comfertale and quiet. We enjoyed to stay in Martha and Myra home so much.
