Our 3BR/2BA home on the golf course in Lakeway is the perfect spot. You won’t want to miss an opportunity to relax on our wrap around patio or our zen koi pond.
Our 3BR/2BA home is a lovely find in the Lakeway community, just west of Austin. The house is spacious and comfortable with decking and patios that wrap around three sides of the house. Numerous windows positioned around the house provide a phenomenal view of the garden area and the 15th fairway of Live Oak Golf Course. A charcoal grill is available amongst extensive outdoor living areas. Relax while sitting by the Koi Pond and watch the golfers make their way down the fairway. The kitchen utilizes an open design with dining table for six, granite bar space that seats six, and stainless steel appliances. Open from the kitchen is the living room area that features a comfortable sofa to enjoy the fireplace or television, and watch the outdoor activities through large windows and doors that open to patios on both sides of the room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, great windows and patio door access, TV, and a connected master bathroom. The master bath has a spa-style bathtub, tiled shower, and his and her sinks. Both guest rooms have queen size beds, one complete with an additional television.
This home's location allows for a great balance of outdoor activities, such as golf, hiking, biking, tennis, zip line tours, water sports, shopping, and great dinning–combined with relaxing luxuries. Live Oak Golf Course is only one of the Lakeway Club neighborhood courses. Club Corp golf members have access to all the club amenities, which are located in the neighborhood. There are numerous courses, private and public, within a 10-30 minute drive. This home is ideal for enjoying lots of different local activities, and all the entertainment that downtown Austin has to offer is a 30-minute drive. Lake Travis Cross Water Marina and Lakeway Marina is a five minute drive thru the neighborhood and offers numerous water sport rental activities. Hamilton Pool Nature Preserve is only a quick 20-minute drive through the Hill Country, and for the pilots that travel in their own planes; Lakeway Air Strip is a quick one-minute drive. Also just 15 minutes away is the Bee Caves Galleria, great for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The Lakeway Swim Center and the World of Tennis are located close together and it’s just a five-minute drive through the neighborhood. There are numerous dinning and shopping options within a 5-minute drive. Most famous for its sunsets on Lake Travis, The Oasis is located on a cliff, 20 minutes away. And before you get to the Oasis, there’s the Iguana Grill on the Lake, Hudson’s on the Bend and Steiner Ranch Steak house has a fabulous view of the Hill country. For those that like adventure, book a zip line tour through the giant cypress trees. A day trip to San Antonio River walk is one and half-hour drive through the hill country. Enjoy antique, art shopping and dinning in Fredrickburgs, an hour and twenty minute drive through the hill country.

Our property is TurnKey Rental Certified. When you book with us we’ll send you our mobile app with directions, our 24-hour live support number and rental guide. Then, you can drive right to the rental which features a digital door lock where you’ll use your unique code to enter (no need to meet for keys). Inside, you'll enjoy our premium amenities: shampoo, soaps, paper products and hotel-quality towels and linens. You can request an early check-in / late check-out and we will arrange it whenever possible.
*All TurnKey Vacation Rentals follow local and state tax rules. Each reservation also requires a cleaning fee, and the a standard $39.99+ Property Damage Protection policy.
*Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, TurnKey has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes TurnKey to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
This was a lovely 3 bedroom home:
1.) As advertised, it is near Lake Travis (about 2 miles away)
2.) the house was well kept, all the linens were clean, internet available, and relatively modern appliances
3.) Turnkey was professional, attentive, and, best of all, responsive. Unlike other renters we interacted with, they were able to confirm a reservation immediately (and not fish for other rentees.)
4.) Neighbors are friendly
The only things to note that were a surprise to us were:
1.) while it is definitely a 3 bdrm, each bdrm has only 1 bed. So while it can theoretically sleep 6, that'd better be 3 couples
2.) there is very little yard (and what exists backs into a golf course) and the houses to the left and right are quite close--that may not be obvious from the photos
3.) the second bathroom connects to one of the bedrooms, so it's slightly less private than you'd think
4.) it is, to be clear, not bordering Lake Travis--it's about 20-25 min walk or 5 minute drive
