About this listing

Peaceful and quiet home surrounded by woods with the lake just 65 ft. from the patio doors. The beautiful yard is grassy level and very large with 400 ft. of water frontage with docks, decks and patio. The driveway continues into a boat launch ramp.

The space

Conveniently located in No. Central Mass. even though the immediate surroundings look like you are far away from it all. It is 2 miles to downtown Westminster which is made up of a half mile on a single lane dirt road (Honey Bee Lane) a mile on Rt. 140 North and a half mile on Rt. 2A north. Downtown Westminster is small but with all the conveniences and necessities.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire house, two kayaks, one canoe, one Sunfish sailboat, one paddle boat and a 12' v-bottom aluminum rowboat. Also there are two BBQ grills, a fire pit, horseshoes, volleyball, badminton and a lot of lawn furniture. It sits on a 1 1/2 acre lot. The house has wifi, Comcast on demand with 6 flat panel TV's from 32" up to 50", 3 dishwashers and 2 microwaves. There are complete linens, towels, full kitchenware and cookingware. All the usual condiments are in the cupboards like salt, pepper, olive oil, spices, garlic etc. There is always coffee, cream and asst'd sweeteners, plus a lot more condiments in the fridge. There are extra folding tables for more dining space and 4 air mattresses for more sleeping space.

Interaction with guests

I will greet the first guests arriving for a quick showing and any questions and then I will be staying at my apartment in Leominster which is about 20 minutes away. I will be accessible by phone 24/7 for any questions.

Other things to note

The house is accessible by two ways and one way involves crossing the lake on a single lane bridge through a thickly settled neighborhood and then a single-lane dirt road. The other way is Honey Bee Lane which is the 1/2 mile long, single lane dirt road, connecting to Rt. 140, that goes through the woods. It is a little bumpy but it is very private with almost no traffic. I recommend this way.

We couldn't have asked for a better place for our group of 20. A beautiful home and waterfront property with many activities! Tony was very accommodating and flexible. This was the perfect weekend getaway!

We could not have wished for a better experience, from the house, to our stay, Tony's communication and hospitality. Despite some iffy weather throughout a portion of our stay, the house offered a multitude of activities, both inside and out. With all of the boats and kayaks, even our large group was able to get out and enjoy the lake together. The Lake House is truly awesome, and I recommend anyone to find out for themselves.

If you want a relaxing getaway in a peaceful, sleepy town -- this is the perfect place. The quaint town is a quiet retreat and Tony's home includes a bunch of kayaks, boats and canoes. We loved the volleyball court for our big group of 13. The home is setup for big groups (plenty of dishes and silverware, multiple dishwashers and 5 bedrooms). We had a wonderful time and would recommend to any of our friends.

We stayed here for a very sad occasion with my dad passing away unexpectedly, but Tony was very compassionate and this place cheered us all up! We couldn't help but partake in the plethora of outdoor activities and by the end of our stay were thoroughly enjoying volleyball, paddle and row boats, horseshoes etc. Such a perfect place for large family gatherings! Would love to come back in the summertime!

Great spot for events! The house is a little off the beaten path, but you can't beat the location. And the house had everything you could need.
