I want to comment on the last picture on profile that shows a beach and palm trees. Clearly the location is on a very busy street and the only thing I saw upon walking into unit was a big bus pulling up alongside unit / loud and made room rattle / if it had been a hotel I would have walked down to front desk and asked for refund.
No AC as has been mentioned and fan in room did not operate without lights being on / cord was missing so had to remove bulbs as little fan operating in lounge was noisy and inefficient.
Laying on bed later in evening heard laughter from bus stop directly outside window. I realized the "curtain" was actually not but a sun filter and walking outside and looking in I realized with lights on we were on full display to people getting off bus / horrendous discovery.
By far my worst experience and worst night I have had in many a year. Pillows were like bricks to top it off so slept without them. Late check in at 4pm and had to be out by 11am / which was obviously not a problem. We rushed out at 8am and my girlfriend left a number of expensive cosmetics and hairbrush and toothbrush behind. We returned at 2pm on the off chance we could recover but we're sad to find only hairbrush and toothbrush were still there. Management could not resolve and our night from hell we finally over. Unit was clean when we arrived but with an $80 cleaning fee for a tiny unit that should not surprise. Clearly if this was a star rating it would be a negative 5.
That's my story and I will live with it.
We enjoyed living 'like locals' in the community. Kids loved walking down to 7/11 and getting pizza/hot dogs and snacks whenever they wanted. Vons only 10 minute walk. Used Uber and bus service for longer journeys, very straightforward. The accommodation was clean and tidy with great kitchen. We enjoyed our stay.
Very quick response and smooth transaction! The place was very clean and well-located, right off Ocean, with a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Newly remodeled bathroom, comfortable living room. Light sleepers, be aware that Ocean is not a small street, therefore you will likely hear some city noises (buses, cars, etc.) in the bedroom, but this didn't bother us too bad and can be fixed with a white noise app.
Great location fronting ocean boulevard. Walking distance to downtown and beaches. Parking was an art, but overall it was a great weekend.
Thank's to Aaron for the hospitality. the apartment look's exactly, how you can see on the photo. Very close to the beach... fantastic. The only issue of the area is the parking just on tuesday and wednesday.
Personally i suggest.
Unfortunately, we did not get to meet Aaron. Our group checked in late and I appreciate Aaron for accommodating us. The house was clean and decorated well. We had ample place to sleep and appreciated the comfy bed and extra linens available. The bathroom is a little small especially for 6 people but we made do. The house was a little hot because there was no A/C. The bad thing about this place is that there is NO parking. If you arrive after 8, do not plan on parking anywhere close to the house. Also, some of the neighborhoods around the house aren't the safest which makes it tricky. If you plan on having a car, I wouldn't stay here. Our group circled the area 45 minutes for parking every night. That plus the stuffy house really put a damper on our stay.

About the Host, Aaron
We are a family that enjoys looking at architecture ~ especially when travelling, reading, chess, most beach sports -- but most importantly I love eating & trying new restaurants. Especially Appetizers! When I travel the most important thing for me is cleanliness ~ I am a clean freak so when I host I make sure my units are spotless and ready to be enjoyed by everyone staying there. I love families since I am a family man myself.
Entrepreneur from Orange County, though I've called Los Angeles, NYC, and Paris home at various points. My wife and I are constantly exploring the City and we truly love helping guests with local recommendations.
