We absolutely loved Loma Chica. What a perfect spot to relax for a week! Cozy, comfy, well-appointed, just as described. Kate provided excellent dining suggestions too! We particularly enjoyed dinner at Love Apple; it was delicious, charming and unique. We also had a fantastic spa day at Ojo Caliente. We hope to be able to visit Taos again one day, and will definitely want to stay in one of Kate's casitas in historic La Loma plaza!
Kate and Josh were excellent hosts. I could not have asked for more responsive, professional and friendly help in getting settled in Taos. The ambience, cleanliness and attentiveness to detail surpassed expectations. I highly recommend Loma Chica to anyone visiting Taos for the first time to those who know the area well. It embodies the best of the area. You will be most at home in Loma Chica! Thank you Kate and Josh!
Loved this studio. Super cozy, great decor, perfect getaway. Nice hot tub and stove. Kate also has a fantastic list of recommendations. Would definitely return.
The host welcomed us with a nice hand-written card and a perfectly clean space. We never met the host in-person, but we did not expect to as we were looking forward to the private getaway. The home is just as described, in a quiet neighborhood and very charming. It is in close proximity to several other homes that share a plaza. This particular home shared a hot tub with one other, but we had it to ourselves all weekend it seemed.
The furnace in the center of the sitting area made for a warm, comfortable reading spot all day long, and all of the appliances worked very well.
