Just fine all the way around. Arrival was well coordinated, Brian was very helpful helping get my itinerary sorted out. The room was fine and the bed quite comfortable. The location was ideal for me, very close to the James Joyce museum at Sandycove, among other places.
Very friendly and helpful host. Room was fine and the location was good. I would stay there again.
Brian and Phyllis are very friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was good and the room was very clean and nice, although it was clairaudient and we heard every word of the neighbours. Dun Laoghaire is beautiful and definetely worth a visit, especially when you live in the area of Dublin.
Brian and Phyllis are a friendly, helpful couple. The bed was super comfortable and a great breakfast in the morning. I was only in for a night, but it hit all the right spots
We really loved staying at Brian and Phyllis's B&B. The location is spectacular and our room and bath were lovely. It was so nice to spend our mornings in Dublin and then come back in the afternoon to this lovely seaside town. We wished we could have spent more time there. Brian is such a kind host and a really interesting person. Our brief chats about Irish history were among our favorite memories of our trip to Europe. Very highly recommended!
This popular B&B is well located, and I enjoyed being close to the water. Otherwise, it did not seem to be an "Award Winning Bed and Breakfast." The room and bathroom were very cramped. I bumped my head on the sink while showering! Neither the carpet or the mattress was in good condition. It would provide a nice touch to have information, such as a list of local restaurants, and a map of the area.
