We stayed for 2 nights with Brian and Phyllis. Brian was most accommodating and helpful. My husband enjoyed the full cooked breakfast and for health reason I could only eat certain foods which Brian supplied willingly. Our room was a little small but the bed was really clean. The street was very quiet and we slept soundly. This accommodation was very good value for money.
Phyllis and Brian are heartwarming people and it is a nice place to get in touch with other travellers (incl. Irish). Room 3 is a bit simple but fine.
A perfect location for a (short) stay in Dublin. Very nice neighborhood with the habour and the pier. Really quite at night, nice pub and train station only 7 min walk away. Perfect distance to the city center.
Our Room was a cosy litte room with double bed and private bath-room. A huge selection of cereals and bread at breakfast and nice talkings with Brian. It was my first experience with airbnb, and yeess it was a good one. Hope to come again.
Great location and great experience!! We loved our cute little room and enjoyed talking to Brian. He served us a delicious traditional Irish breakfast which was perfect!
Great area! We loved walking around, there was so much to do.
I just returned from my trip to Ireland where I spent four nights at Brian's and Phyllis' house and enjoyed every minute...
The BnB is very good located in Sandycove from where I started my excursions to surrounded places like Howth, Dublin and Wicklow - you have easy access to public transportation from their house which itself is located in a quiet street.
The room was nice and cosy and with a private bathroom. Brian was caring and inconspicuous at the same time.
As this was my first experience with a private BnB I'm very happy to have chosen this one, it makes me feel confident to try this kind of accomodation again.
Thank you Brian and Phyllis!
It is a very typical irish family bnb. The breakfast was very nice, we had irish full breakfast, tea, juice and different things. This bnb was the most clean on i have ever, they cleand and changed our sheet everyday, it is like a hotel service. Brian was nice and easy going, we got lots of connivence when we stayed there. the free parking areas just so good for driver.
A nice little B & B - and friendly, helpful host.
Nice sitting . dining room with TV and wifi.
Centrally located only 100 metres from village.
Can thoroughly recommend it.
Brian and Phyllis are extremely friendly people. The Bed & Breakfast is excellent, very clean, nice rooms, and great breakfast! I was supposed to stay for one week but I will stay a couple more.
I just spend two days with Brian and Phyllis, well in reality 1 night, but the B&B is really nice and the most important for me very clean. Brian was really helpful and although I woke up very late for breakfast he made some toast with jam and butter for me.
I would definitely recommend this place to stay near Dublin, I have no complaints, not luxurious, but really good value.
I spent a week at St. Anns B&B and had a wonderful time. Brian and Phylis are very friendly and I could not ask for better care. The location was perfect, Sandy Cove is right in front of Dun Laoghaire Bay and 5 minutes walk to train and bus stations to Dublin and Dublin Airport.
