The space
Being adjacent to the Chugach National Forest, various types of wildlife pass through depending on the time of the year. It is not uncommon to see eagles, hear owls, or have moose, bear and otter wander through the yard. You get a pretty good feel of Alaska here, but are just minutes away from downtown Seward and the boat harbor.
We partner with Gray Light Sportfishing to provide custom fishing/sightseeing/lodging to meet your needs and desires.

Guest access
Guests have the entire house with a covered deck and large lawn. The garage and outbuilding are off limits
