This custom barndominium is perfect for Texas A&M sporting events and vacations! This beautiful home has a covered patio and an outdoor firepit area. Located right off Highway 36, the house is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, and 35 miles from Round Top.

Plenty of room to park your boat after fishing tournaments or just a relaxing day at the lake.
