NEIGHBOURHOOD
This wonderful studio is located near Náměstí Republiky on the top floor (5th) of a historic but reconstructed building with an elevator. Picturesque Benediktská Street blends the charm of historic buildings with the vibrancy of modern city life. Thanks to its location, it’s the perfect starting point for exploring Prague on foot, whether you’re setting out to discover world-famous landmarks or enjoy the city’s culinary delights.
Don't miss the famous Epic club located right in the same building complex where you can also find cozy coffee, money exchange and bakery where you can grab a tasteful breakfast and enjoy the authentic Prague experience. We like to mention this in advance so you can fully appreciate both the comfort of the apartment and its unbeatable Old town Prague location.
STUDIO
In the sleeping part of the studio, you will have a comfortable good night's sleep or a nap. You can prepare an excellent meal in the kitchen part, where you will find basic kitchen equipment. You can enjoy your meal at the dining table or on the terrace. All the necessities are at your disposal - dishes, microwave oven, iron, drying rack, hangers, washing machine, hairdryer and more.

1. Registration form
All our guests are required to fill out a simple online registration form before arrival, which is required by Czech law. You will get the link after you make your reservation.
2. Check-in
We offer a self-check-in using a lockbox. It is the most convenient option as you do not need to worry about delays and arriving late at night. You will get detailed instructions and codes on the day of your arrival.
3. Number of guests
Make sure you book the apartment for the correct number of guests. If you wish to prepare separate beds or rooms, please inform us at least 1 day before arrival.
4. Extra services
Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible so that you can enjoy Prague to the maximum. For a fee, we can offer you an extra cleaning service or a new set of bedsheets and towels.
The whole flat will be just for you and your friends/family. Nobody else will be there during your stay. We will be happy to help with all questions you might have.

SURROUNDINGS
The apartment is located in the Old Town area, Prague 1.
Thanks to its beautiful architecture, countless museums, galleries and historical monuments, the Old Town is definitely one of the most interesting parts of Prague. The apartment is an ideal starting point for romantic walks along the river, as it is located not too far from the Vltava bank. Many lively streets such as Celetná, Na Příkopě or Dlouhá are just a stone's throw away. Classical music enthusiasts will surely appreciate the breathtakingly beautiful Obecní dům with frequent orchestra concerts. You'll never go hungry or thirsty with the plenty of fabulous pubs and restaurants scattered around the area. The same goes for shopping as two big shopping malls (Palladium and Kotva) are literally around the corner, just 2 minutes of walking. You can find there anything you need - supermarkets, pharmacies, drugstores, clothes shops, fast food, restaurants and many more. The historic centre of the city, including the Old Town Square (5 minutes walk) with the iconic Prague Astronomical Clock, the Wenceslas Square (12 minutes walk) and the Charles Bridge (15 minutes walk/3 bus stops), is also just a short walk away. Simply put, whether you enjoy architecture, nightlife or culture, Old Town always has something to offer you.

GETTING AROUND
Thanks to the central location of the apartment, you can easily get anywhere on foot. However, if you need to use public transport, you will find many stops around with quick connections throughout Prague. The nearest tram & bus stops are Dlouhá třída and Náměstí Republiky, both about 200 meters from the apartment, from which you can get anywhere you need in no time. Metro stations A and B are within walking distance, specifically the Náměstí Republiky (B - yellow line, 5 minutes) and Staroměstská (C - green line, 10 minutes). Another means of transport that you can use is a train that will take you to the outskirts of Prague, Masarykovo nádraží. Some trams also stop there and it is just 500 meters away from the apartment.
