Kimmy’s place was beyond my expectation. Her thoughtful hospitality was found everywhere in the guest suite, and her place was sparking clean. I’d 10/10 recommend her place to our friends and family who look for a place to stay near Sacramento area.

I loved this little gem of a place! The best part is that it is completely separate from the main house and completely private which made it feel more like a hotel instead of being in someones house! It's a small place, but perfect for a solo traveler! So clean! So safe! Nice…
