Our 4-bedroom home in the University Heights Historic District is two blocks from the "ag side" of the UW campus, five blocks from Camp Randall, and a 17-minute walk along sidewalks to the UW Hospital. One off-street parking space included. The century-old house was built for Leavitt L. Olds, founder of Olds Seed Company. Neighborhood includes historic homes, restaurants, and small co-op grocery. Access to kitchen, common space TV with Netflix, grill in back, covered porch in front. We have 2 nice dogs and a tortoise.
