About this listing
My cool and comfortable 4-bedroom apartment exudes coziness. There is room for up to 4-5 persons. The apartment is fully equipped and is centrally located on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. The metro is just 10min away and the train only 15.
My wonderful apartment in CPH is centrally and beautifully located in a quiet area (Frederiksberg), and yet very close to the nicest streets, with restaurants, bars, shopping etc. - and only a 10mins walk to the subway station with direct connection to the airport (15mins).
Frederiksberg, where the apartment is situated, is a lovely neighborhood close to the lakes, in between two of the hippest areas of Copenhagen ; Vesterbro and Nørrebro, and within walking distance to the center of the city with the Central station, Tivoli gardens, Stroeget (pedestrian shopping street), Planetarium, etc. as the main attractions.
The apartment itself has a charming patio and was fully renovated in 2009. It has a fully equipped kitchen, beautifully renovated bathroom with shower (no curtain, but made to get wet ;-), two living rooms and two bedrooms.
The apartment sleeps up to 4-5 guests - sharing 2 bedrooms (One master bedroom with a very big bed and one small bedroom with two very comfortable and removable mattresses) (the 5th person sleeps in the living room on a mattress or the sofa). Children over 2 years pays as adults.
The apartment is perfect for a couple, a family or a small group of friends who wants to explore the real Copenhagen city life!
Please do not hesitate to contact me for more information.
You have acces to the whole apartment and the common areas; the garden, playground, patio, washing facilities in the basement etc.
Interaction with guests
I try to be as communicative as possible before, during and after the stay.
I don't stay in my apartment while you are there unless we have made a special agreement.
Frederiksberg is a small municipality within Copenhagen with its own cosy character. Lots of nice streets, restaurants, cafes and good shopping although you cant avoid to notice the feel of a residents area. There are also lots of great parks and the feeling of being extremely centrally placed amongst all the other neighborhoods in Cph tops it all.
Only a 10 minutes walk from the metro st. (Forum st.) and 15-20 minutes from the central station.
The bus 9a is just around the corner and will take you to the city center, Holmen etc.
Other things to note
I love my place! I'm sure you will too ;)
I want my guests to feel at home in my home;). There are only a few rules I'd like you to respect:
- No shoes inside the apartment - delicate wooden floors.
- Shower / bathroom needs to be wiped after each shower.
- The apartment is for non-smokers - no smoking in the apartment
- Don't leave damp or wet things on the kitchen countertop, be sure to dry it after use;) otherwise it will leave black iremovable marks. So do not let things stand on it for long periods of time if they are damp or there is water on the countertop.
- No parties in the apartment - (loud music must be turned off at 22:00) Copenhagen offers too many good places to go out anyway ;-)
