clean and central room. not much space for 4 people but perfect if you just need a place to sleep. several parking lots (14.58 dollars for 48 hours) available in front of the building. nice and friendly hostess!
Nice apartment with large room and bathroom. A kitchen was available for our breakfasts. However, we haven't seen Linda.
Nice and clean place. Very good location.
Linda's place was perfect for our purposes. There were 3 of us sleeping in Shuter Rm 4 and we found it comfortable. The common areas are cleaned daily (including the bathroom) so we found everything quite clean & tidy. The location is great, a super close walk to Eaton Centre & all the attractions. Parking was great too - $22 for a temporary permit for 7 days and we found a spot easily right in front of the building. All around a very decent place & definitely worth it for the price. We would stay again & recommend it to others.
Clean and private did not see anyone else there even though there was at least 2 other tenants. Really nice washroom and shower
Great room! Perfectly located in downtown Toronto, would recommend staying again.
Linda's house is in a strategic position close to Toronto center. Perfect if you want visit Toronto by walk. Good and cheaper parking availability in front of house.
Linda was very nice and very helpful. Due to a misunderstanding and a last-minute change of plans, she rented my room before I got there, but she quickly arranged to put me up in another place in Chinatown, which happened to be convenient to where I needed to be. The place was temporary student housing; not very clean and only a mattress to sleep on, with sheets that looked like I didn't want to examine them too closely! But the room did have its own private bathroom with shower and wifi service, and was ok for a couple of nights. However, for that price in Toronto, I'm not complaining:) I had a key and could come and go as I pleased.
The accomodation was great - perfect for what we wanted and in a great location close to most things (although there was a slight lack of places to eat nearby was the only thing lacking). I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for something cheap and cheerful in a good location for seeing Toronto.
The mattresses were rather saggy, but perfectly fine.
I would recommend making arrangements for exactly how you're getting the keys - we couldn't get hold of anyone when we arrived, so I had to turn on my UK mobile and make an international call to get in.
I'd like to say it's been a pleasant experience when my family was staying there for one night. the location is good without any doubt. Room is a little bit small for 4 people, but it's clean enough for sleeping only one night. the parking charges 8 dollars plus tax, i guess it makes sense, still thinking about the location. The kitchen is well equipped, bringing convenience to the travallers. The only thing is during the midnight, i can hear the noise from the rooms nearby. Obviously some teenage travellers who reached late and didn't want to sleep...but not sure they're from which room, or maybe not at the same building. You see, the old apartment always have the problem of sound insulation.. However, generally speaking, me and my family, we're happy to have one night in Toronto. Next time, probably i'll still put into consideration.
