Enjoy great views from quiet 7th floor to "Mount Pöstling" and the hills of Mühlviertel. Stay directly in the center near sights, shops, restaurants, art and culture. Get off at tram stop Bürgerstraße directly in front. The place is perfect for singles, couples, groups and families with children (windows lockable, easily accessible).
The space
Great location directly in city center, with best views and equipment. Washing machine, and monitor (usable via HDMI) are there on the North as well as on the South Side. Beds and blankets bigger than usual, biological cleaning as far as possible. Additional towels and bed linens as well as many things of daily life are there to be used by guests.
Guest access
Shared corridor, private bathroom, two private rooms (12 and 20 square meter) north. Washing machine / refrigerator / cooker / tea and coffee.
Other things to note
Official guest rooms, I pay taxes. Tourist tax (2,-/night+person) is now automatically calculated by AirBnB and listed in the transaction log. If this fails, it might be necessary to change the booking/add it manually.
