Olive's cottage was the perfect place for our night in Doolin. Communication was easy in the beginning but the day off was a little slow so be sure to double check your directions a day or two before. The cottage is a little tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the area. If you want to see the gorgeous western side of Ireland this cottage is a great option! 5 minutes from Doolin with lots of food options and about 20 minutes from the Cliffs of Moher. Wonderful stay!
The Old Cottage is a charming house, well located, at an even distance between th Burren and the Cliffs of Moher, a few minutes drive from Doolin. The room is rather small but clean and comfortable. Rita has welcomed us very kindly, giving us good tips (especially on how to order a good irish coffee!). We had a wonderful time in the morning having a cup of tea on the little terrace in front of our independent entrance.
Olive was more than accommodating with any questions I had prior to booking, we met Christy at the house who gave us advice on where to go and what to see and was more than helpful. The location of the house is perfect, walking distance to local amenities etc. The room was bright , spotless and comfortable. We got 4 choices for breakfast, all in all a perfect trip, we will definitely be back.
Nice welcome, helped us find the place. Room ideal, bathroom very clean. Doolin is very nice.
Cosy B&B in Doolin, within walking distance to some great pubs with music on each night. Chris met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful, he advised us on a route to take to get the most out of our trip to the burren. We enjoyed our time here a lot. Thanks very much!
