What a nice place. A cute house with two one person beds and two two person beds, a kitchen and a living room. Very old, stylish furnished and a very peacefull and lovely yard. Super nice little old village and at night super silent. We have been there for four days with my wife, daugther, mother and friend and we have enjoyed our stay very much. We haven't met Mike but all instructions were very clear and communications very accurate and always qiuck. Everything we could possibly need, was availeble. Very child friendly house with even a babybed and a buggy.
Mike's lovely cottage has so many features. All my family love the place so much. There is also a pram available which is a lifesaver to take my son out for walk. If you travel from London by train, the nearest train station is Oxenholme Lake District. Mike has been very helpful which makes our check-in and check-out so easy.
The cottage was exactly as specified. It is well located in Sedbergh and close to all the local amenities. There are lots of walks you can do, right from Sedbergh, without having to drive anywhere which is very good.
Mike was very prompt in responding to all of our queries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cottage to anyone.
The instructions for finding the cottage were very helpful and made it easy. Instructions for TV etc were also helpful.
Easy communication and all went well. No fuss, just the way it should be. Cottage had everything we needed, including broadband! Nothing elaborate but suited us well. Not worried about breaking anything! Made our long weekend a stress-free pleasure. And just picturesque enough.
My wife and I spent a very happy five days in Mike's comfortable cottage in Sedbergh. It's an ideal place for a small family. Sedbergh itself is a pleasant town and well located for those who enjoy outings in the Yorkshire Dales and in the Lake District. Highly recommended.
