This home is in a convenient location to campus and the Square! It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs and an IKEA sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has it’s own private bath. It is a super short Uber to the Square or a 1 mile walk. This condo is strictly for renting and not my personal use and I hope you find it to be welcoming and comfortable! If this unit is not available, I have 105 Windstone in the same development! * Please check the City of Oxford for construction updates affecting traffic.*

The space
Windstone is in the heart of Oxford with easy access to campus and the Square. It is located in a quiet development just off University Avenue. There is a 43" smart tv in the living area with Roku, access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. Additionally, there is a rolling cooler in the downstairs master closet for guests to take to the Grove.

Guest access
Guests self check in and the entire condo is available for guest's use. Tree roots have caused a section of sidewalk going to the house to become uneven. I am working with our HOA to get the sidewalk fixed and leveled.

Other things to note
There are 2 parking spots in front of the condo and additional parking is located in the back of the development.
