The apt is situated in the center of CPH – near Tivoli, shopping and parks. Cozy penthouse with 2 large rooms looking at Copenhagens roofs. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom a large living room with a sleeping couch (for 2) kitchen a bathroom. Please notice that the bathroom is pretty small for international standards- however it's a comfortable bathroom for Copenhagen standards (see picture).
The apartment is equipped with NUNA high chair, NUNA cot, ERGOBABY carrier, NUNA stroller and a NUNA car seat (0-12months) is available if needed.

As it's a penthouse, you have to consider the stairs - 5th floor - no elevator. Just want to emphasize this, as I rather have happy guests climbing happily the stairs to their temporary home - then disappointed guests expecting a penthouse on 2.nd floor ;-)
The apartment is placed in Vesterbro, Copenhagen's former working-class and red light district is now the city's hippest quarter. Vesterbro's meatpacking district is yet another spot, which has undergone a massive transformation. Copenhagen's new and trendy places are opening here. In what was formerly a slaughter house, art, food and cocktails have been united in an experimental café, restaurant and bar named Karriere. If you are looking for a sensational food experience, visit the Michelin-starred restaurant Formel B. If you prefer to cook for yourself, Vesterbro is also packed with enticing food shops. The quarter even boasts its own 'food street', Værnedamsvej - a gourmet paradise with specialist cheese, wine, fish and chocolate shops, as well as cafes and grocers. Copenhagen is a quite and green city - however with all the facilities of a big town - theatres, clubbing, fashion- you name it CPH has it!

As Cafés nearby I reccommend Bang og Jensen, just turning right on Istedgade.
How to get here, and a bit about renting a bike:
Arriving by plane: A taxi is around 200 DKK from the airport. You can also take the train to København H (the central station) and walk from there (it's a 15 minute walk). A taxi from the train station is around 50 DKK.
Arriving by train: Get off at København H (the central station) and walk from there (it's a 15 minute walk). A taxi from the train station is around 50 DKK.
Arriving by car: Parking in Copenhagen can be quite an ordeal, so my best advice is to leave your car at home and rent a bike while you're here (check (website hidden) t let me link to it...). The parking is by payment - the hourly fee depends on the time of day.
When you arrive you should buzz "poncina" and we will let you in :-)

Wonderful location and a gorgeous flat- warm and inviting and very clean. There was a lot of information about the city which we found very helpful. Absolutely delightful place! Cannot recommend more highly.
Good apartment in a very good location, we had a very good moment!
We were welcomed and we didn’t have problems. Only the bathroom was a little bit small.
The reservation was canceled 30 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Ida's place was nice, the location was good, it was quiet and clean (apart from a few cobwebs, which didn't bother us).
I stayed there with my two sisters and the place was big enough for the three of us. The sofa can be changed to a double bed and is comfortable, it meant one person was sleeping in the living room but that was fine for us.
The shower room is small and it is literally a shower room in the sense that there is no separate shower, but rather the room is the shower. This wasn't a problem for us for a long weekend but might bother some people.
One of the radiators in the living room made a really weird gargling sound the entire time it was on, which could bother some people. My sister who slept in that room had to sleep with ear plugs because of it (but again wasn't a problem for us).
Ida and her partner and the lady who looked after the flat (she did the handover of the keys) were all really nice. They were happy for us to leave our luggage there until the end of the day because our flight was not until late and the flat wasn't booked the day we left.
There was lots of information material about Copenhagen in the flat, which was really nice and helpful.
Overall we had a great long weekend in Copenhagen, thank you Ida!
We enjoyed our stay in Ida'a apartment. It is exactly as you see it in the photos. The bathroom is small, but adequate. The only thing that wasn't great was that the radiators made a loud dripping sound the whole weekend. It sounded like someone had left a tap running. Woke us up a few times. Other than that, a well located apartment for a good price.
We spend four days in November in CPH, staying in Idas apartment. The apartment is located perfectly, only 15 minutes walk from the train station. Also you can walk to the city centre easily. Vesterbro is such a nice part of CPH, many little shops, cafés, supermarkets are just around the corner of the apartment.
The communication with Teresa, who helps Ida with the apartment, went great, she was there to hand over the keys upon arrival.
The apartment itself is cozy and charming, but could really need a refurbishment sometime.
The bathroom indeed is very small, unfortunately the people who stayed before us, broke the holding for the shower curtain. So we had to take showers without a curtain, after that the whole room was completely wet.
The heating/radiator was turned off completely when we arrived, as it was quite cold we turned it on again but it took about two days (combined with terribly loud plashing) until the apartment was warm again.
A clothes drying rack with wet laundry stood in the living room, which didn't look very nice, some of the wineglasses in the kitchen were very dirty.
As we spend only little time of the day actually in the apartment (we left in the morning and came back late in the evening) it was okay, but in case you'd spend more time there, eating, cooking and all that, I would have felt a little uncomfortable.
A really lovely apartment in a fantastic part of town. Great neighbourhood and only 10 minute walk from the main station. Very clean and tidy apartment. Very friendly welcome at the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to absolutely everyone, and I think it was the perfect place to stay in Copenhagen. Lots of things to do right on the doorstep, and a lovely way to get to know the city.
Ida welcomed us so warmly when we came, I felt I was meeting an old friend. The apartment was clean and is as well looked after as the photos show. It is located in the former working class part of Copenhagen, also the former red light district, only 20 minutes by foot to the center and 10 minutes by bus ( which was also nearby). This isn't the touristy part of town, but is a mix of Amsterdam Avenue Manhattan and Kreuzberg in Berlin with lots of tiny shops and ethnic restaurants. The only thing with the apartment was the 5 story walk up (nix for people with bad knees) and the shower is a bit shockingly small when you see it, but perfectly functionable and clean. We thoroughly felt comfortable!
Nice appartment with one bedroom five stairs up, no elevator. Open and light with nice view of the beautiful houses on the opposit street. The top floor position makes it very light and quiet. Nice kitchen with sink placed under a roof and a bit tricky to reach. The bed was comfortable, but I was very lucky that we brought our own pillows, I am very picky with pillows. Sofabed good for one person, other half too hard for an adult, but for my small child it was ok.
It is situated a bit away from touristique Strøget and there are nice small juicebars, coffeplaces and restaurants spread out in the area. We had fantastic sushi at Sticks and sushi. Hope the area will soon get rid of the sexshops, because it is really becoming cosy and I liked a lot strolling around there.
The apartment was perfect for what we needed during out stay. The baby equipment left by Ida was much appreciated and made our holiday that much easier. Unfortunately for us the heating wasn't working properly which made it slightly cold however the manager was quick to try to fix the problem. Although not sorted during our stay I am sure they will do all they can to sort it for the next guests. Overall a pleasant stay and a good start to our airbnb experience.
