This is a simple cottage. There has previously been a smithy during the stone carpenter's row.
The cottage is in undisturbed location a bit up on a mountain. If you follow the road up a little further, you have a wonderful view out over the sea. You can see the Weather Islands on the horizon. Nice walks in the surroundings.
The cottage is about 40 m2.
Good to have as an overnight stay if you want to look around and visit, for example. Hunnebostrand, Kungshamn, Smögen, Norden Ark, Havets Hus and the rock carvings in Tanumshede. Five minutes by car to good swimming.

Guest access
The cottage is located quite alone.
If you continue the road up a little bit, you get an breathtaking beautiful panoramic view of the Western Sea, out towards Soten and Skagerack.
The area is a summer paradise, with beautiful granite cliffs and winding walking paths along the sea, past characteristic cottages and idyllic.

I like the tranquility up here on the mountain. There is another cabin if you continue up the hill. It is usually rented, so just the traffic there as you might notice. There are three cabins down in the valley below, but you don't notice a lot of them. You have to go backwards if you meet them on the way.
If you go up to the top of the mountain, which is 68 meters high, you can see
Smøgen's water tower to the south, the Weather Islands on the horizon and, if you look closely, you see the tower at Svenneby's new church to the north. That church is built in red granite, so the same color as the surrounding mountains.

In the cabin, there are duvets, blankets and pillows, but you can bring your own sheets and towels.

Hi!
My name is Lena and I would love to be your host.
I have a cabin a little bit away from the one I'm renting out, so I help with any questions, which I can answer when I'm here.
I grew up on the farm where the cottages are located, and I know the area. Vallade and picked up cows in the mountain here as a child.
I am now retired.

During your stay

I have a cabin a little bit away. There are a lot of trees in between, so you don't see each other. Happy to answer questions and can provide tips and advice, what may be worth seeing in the surroundings.
