An ideal location...

The space
This studio with the geometric architecture so characteristic of the 17th century, with its 3.50m ceiling height, is located on the 1st floor (2nd floor for Americans) in a typical Marais building without elevator. The 35m2 apartment is ideally located in the heart of Paris. It is made up of a beautiful bedroom with old oak floors, decorated with vintage and contemporary furniture with a bed for 2 people and a large window which opens onto a quiet street where the most cutting-edge contemporary art galleries are located. The Picasso Museum is at the end of the street.
The studio is equipped with a kitchenette (with fridge, microwave, electric hob, toaster, kettle) and a real bathroom with white tiled bathtub with separate WC, not forgetting the television and the high-speed wifi internet access. Sheets and towels are provided.
This eclectic district of Paris has kept its "Village" spirit. Both aristocratic with its 17th century mansions and gourmet with a multitude of delicious restaurants. There is even the oldest circus in Paris, inaugurated by Napoleon III in 1852.
The trendiest fashion boutiques signify its elegance and creativity.
A safe neighborhood that can be explored on foot or by bike, taking the time to open the doors of the private mansions and letting yourself be surprised by this special atmosphere.
The Saint Sébastien Froissart or Saint Paul metro connects the main districts of Paris in less than 20 minutes: Saint Germain des Prés, the Opera, the Louvre.
Bus 96, 29 and 91 serve the main Parisian Stations.

Paris, France Passionate by art and photography, native from Paris, I live in Le Marais for nearly 20 years. I love this area for its architecture, its atmosphere and its ideal location in the center of Paris. I love to walk around or have a ride on my bike . My house in Provence is my little paradise where I like to rest. My houses are « my nest », I hope you will like them and respect them like your own house. Have a nice stay.
