Interaction with Guests
Guests are free to look after themselves, but I am happy to provide suggestions about activities in Dublin city centre and locally.
Ranelagh is in the heart of Victorian Dublin and benefits from plenty of open spaces, a good nightlife, nearby cinemas and shops.
Well serviced by tram, taxi and bus.
Other Things to Note
Access to well maintained private garden. Continental breakfast.
No pets. No smoking in the house. We are in a residential area and guests are expected to behave accordingly.
We were in Dublin for the weekend and stayed with Brigid for a couple of nights. Her house is beautiful, quiet and situated in a very nice area of Dublin. She was a great host - giving us local tips and nice breakfast. Couldn't recommend her place highly enough if you're in Dublin for a few days. 15 mins into town and half an hour to the airport. Certainly worth a visit.
I had a lovely time staying at Brigid's beautiful home. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, within walking distance to restaurants and only about at 15min cab ride to Dublin City Centre. Brigid was nice enough to provide plenty of tea and breakfast items in the morning as well as great conversation. Would very much recommend staying here :)
My daughter Sanne and I stayed at Brigids lovely house and we enjoyed it very much. The peacefull ambiance, bright bedroom, books, art but especially the talks with Brigid during breakfast etc. Made us feel at home. We hope to visit you again in the future... Elisabeth & Sanne
Brigid was a wonderful host with a beautiful home. It's in a great neighborhood with easy access to the LUAS and City Center. Thank you Brigid! All the best to you.
Brigid made us feel right at home. We were tired from travels and there for work so we unfortunately did not get enough time to chat with her, but the home is so beautiful and cozy. There is great art on the walls and we had a yummy breakfast waiting for us every morning. If you're in Dublin and want to feel at home, stay here!!! Close to a busy area but on a quiet street... Lots of space...
Vorremmo tornarci ancora
