36m2 (390sqf) studio with bathroom and kitchen corner. Luminous with sunlight, thanks to the big windows. Small forecourt where you can enjoy your cigarette. Simply furnished – two single beds, wardrobe, dining table with 2 chairs, dressing table – in the Greek island’s minimal style. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, small electric stove with oven, sandwich toaster, kettle, blender and a squeezer for juicy Cretan oranges. Washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also available.
You are welcome to use the bathroom, the kitchen and all the available appliances. Bed linen, towels are provided. In the mornings I offer you tea, coffee, fresh orange juice.
No access to food and unlisted bathroom "essentials".
Interaction with Guests
Please don't forget, this is a shared studio, we share the whole area. I'd be happy to chat up, but if you are not so communicative, no problem, I read a book or write on my laptop. I work every day from 8am till 5pm, in the evening I cook, read or take a walk. I go to sleep around 11pm.
3 minutes walk from the studio:
The Caldera, one of the world's most famous sunset-view places. Prehistoric Museum, Archeological Museum. Many kinds of restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Small grocery, pharmacy, Central Clinic. Art, souvenir and fashion shops.
5 minutes walk: Post Office, Supermarket, Gym.
The nearest beach is 15 minutes by bus.
The central bus station is 3 minutes walk, transportation to all the villages, port and airport. Luggage storage is 2 minutes far, in case you arrive too early and want to walk around. You can rent a motorbike, quad bike or a car right on the corner.
Other Things to Note

Please buy your own drinking water. The tap water is safe for taking a shower, brushing teeth, but not safe enough to drink. I'll provide one big bottle upon arrival.
