Nizhoni Home is a beautiful custom home with a private heated pool and free standing hot tub. For your convenance we have fast WiFi and a Level 2 EV-PHEV charging station. The 2,500 sf home features 4 bed/2 bath, 12 guests. A spacious backyard with a flagstone patio and BBQ. The close proximity to Lake Powell completes this resort-style home. The property is a relaxing oasis with Lake Powell, Grand Canyon, Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon close by.

Step outside to a spacious backyard oasis, complete with a flagstone patio, a pool with an automatic safety cover designed to be impenetrable by children (pool closed November–February), and a freestanding hot tub available year-round.

Step through the charming courtyard and admire the stained glass windows that frame the entrance to Nizhoni Home. Inside, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious great room featuring floor-to-ceiling patio windows that fill the space with natural light. Sink into one of two cozy couches in the living room and enjoy a movie on the extra-large 55” Smart TV, complete with a Blu-ray player. Dish Network is provided, along with high-speed WiFi, so you can stream your favorite shows on Netflix or Hulu. For added entertainment, the home includes a selection of games, puzzles, and a four-person game table.

Culinary enthusiasts will love the well-equipped kitchen, stocked with all essential appliances, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, trash compactor, and electric stove. The kitchen also comes with a variety of utensils, spices, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, foil, baggies, and convenient appliances like a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, electric griddle, and wok. The indoor dining area comfortably seats twelve, while the outdoor patio dining area provides seating for six.

The expansive backyard is perfect for entertaining, featuring a gas grill with propane provided, a sparkling swimming pool, a fire pit with roasting sticks, and panoramic views of Lake Powell.

As night falls, marvel at the brilliance of Arizona’s desert sky, illuminated by millions of twinkling stars. And for early risers, the spectacular sunrise over the lake is an experience you won’t want to miss.

The 2-car garage provides plenty of room to park your vehicles, with a driveway roomy enough to park the big toys that you brought along as well.

Please Note: The swimming pool is closed from November to February. During March and October, the pool may be open and heated, depending on outdoor temperatures. For heating to be available, daytime temperatures must reach at least 50°F.

While the pool includes a built-in jacuzzi form, it functions solely as a swimming pool—there is no separate jacuzzi. However, guests can enjoy the freestanding hot tub, which is open year-round for ultimate relaxation.

Please Note: As of March 1, 2025 there is new construction on the lot next door to the home. There may be noise or traffic during daylight hours.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 5 flat-screen Smart TVs with Dish Network, free WiFi, air conditioning, washer and dryer, private backyard, patio, swimming pool, outdoor fire pit, outdoor grille, 3-car garage + ample room to park your boat/toys. Four pack-n-plays and two high chairs are provided for families with small children.

As most lake visitors have expensive toys, cameras are installed that cover the driveway and front entrance for your safety and security.

Boat and boat trailer parking is available at the property. However, there is NO RV parking allowed either on the street or on the property.

Executed rental agreement will be required for swimming pool access. Please Note: The swimming pool is closed from November to February. During March and October, the pool may be open and heated, depending on outdoor temperatures. For heating to be available, daytime temperatures must reach at least 50°F.

While the pool includes a built-in jacuzzi form, it functions solely as a swimming pool—there is no separate jacuzzi. However, guests can enjoy the freestanding hot tub, which is open year-round for ultimate relaxation.

An automatic safety cover is installed that requires a code to open and close. The pool cover is required to be closed at all times when the pool is unattended as there is a sister property next door that may have young children as guests. We provide some pool toys as backyard games such as "cornhole"!

*House has a camera overlooking the front door, camera on the garage looking up the driveway towards the streets and noise monitoring unit in the hall and patio area.

We have a strict no pet policy. A $500 fee will be assessed for any violation of this rule.

Other things to note
- Absolutely no smoking - $250 fee for any smoke damage or scent.
- No pets, no exceptions - $500 fee for any unauthorized pet on the premises.
- We welcome service animals in compliance with applicable laws. Guests are not required to pay a pet fee or deposit for a service animal. However, guests remain responsible for any damages, excessive wear, or extraordinary cleaning that may be required due to the presence of a service animal. If additional cleaning beyond our standard turnover is needed (e.g., pet hair removal from furniture, odors, or accidents), the actual cost of that cleaning will be charged to the guest.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any visitors must be approved prior to arrival.
- Guests agree to the cancellation policy. If you feel last minute changes might occur due to any circumstance, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
- Boat and trailer parking is available on the property, but HOA rules prevent any street parking. RV parking is strictly prohibited on-site or on the street.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.

The locals love the dark sky which highlights fabulous star-gazing and the quiet serenity that abounds. There is a convenience store/gas station at the entrance to the neighborhood.

The city of Page, population approximately 8,000, is just a few miles south of Greenehaven and is where you will find shopping, arts, restaurants and recreational equipment rentals.
