The Little House is uniquely suited to those seeking the best of both worlds--a quiet, natural setting a short distance from all the action. Perfect for a romantic getaway, quiet retreat or vacation, The Little House combines the peace of the country with easy access to Frankfort restaurants, shopping and the sugar-sand beaches of Lake Michigan. Relax on the deck, listen to the birds, or venture into town and beyond knowing that you'll have a welcoming, peaceful place to come home to.

The space
The Little House:
Situated on a four-acre estate, The Little House sits tucked between the woods and a lawn with hundred-year-old maples. After a day of shopping and adventure, escape the hustle and bustle of downtown. Guests will find all they need to cook up a storm. The front deck is perfect for morning coffee and breakfast, afternoon tea or the evening cocktail. Let the lake breezes blowing through your bedroom window whisper you to sleep.

The town:
Frankfort's unique geography and cooler climate has attracted visitors for over a hundred and fifty years. Its small-town charm and sugar-sand beaches welcome newcomers to discover why families have been returning to this historic, natural harbor for generations.

Where you’ll be

Frankfort, Michigan, United States

The neighborhood is quiet, safe and sparsely populated. Guests will find the house adjacent to a large yard with hundred-year-old maples and other trees and vegetation providing privacy between it and other homes. One can often hear a variety of migrating birds in the area, and the lack of ambient city light makes for terrific stargazing.
