The Lorax House is a story onto it's own. What began as a journey to save a historic building turned into a message of hope in a dark time of Detroit. The space is a beautifully appointed, completely remodeled apartment unit within the building. It is surrounded by a charming Historic walkable residential neighborhood only 4 blocks from the heart of Midtown and 6 blocks from the Q line stop that easily takes you downtown.

The space
The development and the statues are part of a collection uplifting Artistic Architectural theme based homes in the neighborhood by a local well known developer. It is one of five units in the development.

The apartment is an independent private unit. It has its own living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. There is laundry in the basement of the building available for guest use. feel free to message me via the app. I am fairly easy to reach.

Woodbridge is a great Artistically inclined walkable neighborhood just off the main retail corridor of the city. Its beautiful tree lined streets boast some of the best historically significant architecture in the city of Detroit. It is a short walk to some of the best restaurants an retail amenities that the city has to offer. We are a very quiet neighborhood for anyone looking to relax but be conveniently located. It is a very safe area of Detroit. We are patrolled by Wayne State University Police which has some of the best response times in the nation.
