Cozy and quiet private, guest studio apartment located in a turn-of-the-century historic neighborhood in the heart of Memphis minutes away from all the best the city has to offer. Sleeps up to 4 people—a queen bed, queen 22 inch tall air mattress, and comfy couch. Also includes a new bathroom. As hosts, we will leave you to have a great stay in our fine city; however, if you would like to, come hang out in the backyard with our family.

The space
Need to spend some quiet time in Memphis or want to see all the fun night life? This back-house studio apartment is perfectly located in the city for your next visit. The warm and cozy apartment can house up to 4 people. Included in the apartment are a queen bed, queen air mattress and couch. An additional twin mattress can be brought in if you request in advance. The apartment also has a newly renovated bathroom with a tub and shower. Though not a full kitchen, the space offers a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee pot, along with dishes and glasses and silverware. The apartment is separate from our home in the backyard. You will have a private entrance with parking reserved for you in our driveway. The backyard has a grill that you can use during your stay along with a patio table and chairs. Feel free to play a round of corn hole on the patio while you wait for the grill to get hot as well!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment for the whole of their stay. The apartment can be accessed by going through the back gate and into the fenced backyard. The guesthouse is situated on the back left side of the property and can easily be seen from the gate. Guests may also have access to our backyard and gas grill and exclusive right to parking in our driveway.
