Built in 1928 and lovingly cared-for, our home is surrounded on three sides by farmland, with the Saunderskill Farms farm market next door. It's nestled between the Gunks and Catskills, with ready access to Mohonk, Minnewaska and Sundown Wild Forest. Great nearby trails for hiking, mountain biking and running. Arrowood Farms brewery and Westwind Orchard (and its excellent pizza) are 5 minutes away. About 1 hour's drive from the Belleayre, Hunter and Windham Mountain ski areas.

Our sunny home features a comfortable living room, dining room, office, two bathrooms (one with washer and dryer) and four well-appointed bedrooms. Outside, you'll find a spacious gazebo and a patio with a fire pit and picnic table.
