Interaction with Guests
It depends on my schedule. Sometimes I'm around quite a bit, other times I'm busy teaching and running my school next door, or out of town. I like to meet the guests and spend time with them if I can.
Lots of classy shops, restaurants, bars, services in the Fillmore neighborhood, only 2 blocks away; one block from Japan Town; one block to bus lines to downtown; friendly neighborhood with lots of lovely Victorian houses.
Bus stops on the corner and one block away; near hotels and main thoroughfares, so it's easy to catch a cab if necessary.

Ronda wad just great! Very nice and flexible. The house is located close to bars, restaurants etc. and the bed was really comfortable. Would repeat again without a doubt
Great location, wonderful neighbourhood. House and room were as advertised. Good value for money. Ronda was very accommodating.
Nice welcome and glass of wine upon arrival. Room was small but had everything I needed - armoire, small desk, extra pillows, fan, etc.
Nice location: relatively quiet even though between busy streets (Pine & Bush). Parking is sometimes difficult, especially in the evenings.
The room is perfect for a short term visit of San Francisco. Tidy, really nice neighborhood and only a short bus ride away from every hot spot in SF.
Ronda is the perfect host, easy going, flexible and helps you with everything. I felt welcome from the fist second on.
Ronda welcomed me to the property and showed me around. it was as described in the listing

About the Host, Ronda
I have been a Spanish language and cultures educator for 40 years, having worked in public and private educational systems from pre-k to college, graduate school, and adult education for 20 years, before starting my own institute, WEEKEND en español®, now celebrating our 22nd year. I have traveled throughout most of Latin America and Spain over the years, and a few European countries, but my main focus in recent years has been Mexico, where I travel for business and pleasure. I was born and raised in San Francisco, have lived in other cities, but have been back in my home town, and living in my wonderful Victorian house for 32 years. My home has art, books, and treasures from my many adventures. Since I travel frequently, and have my school right next door to my home and can stay there too, I am able to rent out my home to fellow travelers who want to have a real San Francisco experience. My home is in one of the City's most popular neighborhoods--lower Pacific Heights/the Fillmore. We have great dining and shopping, parks, beautiful streets and houses to see and enjoy, easy access to bus lines and main arteries, and great ethnic and street fairs!
