Situated "Paris" end of the city. Close to Princess, Her Majesty's theatres, Chinatown - central to great shopping etc.
"Wow" is what most people say when they arrive at "The Paramount". They head straight for the balcony and admire the view. Indoor heated pool is perfect all year round, roof top tennis court, heated spa, gym and sauna and yes, the bonus is an underground carpark in the middle of the city.

The apartment was perfect for us and was a very comfortable home away from home with lots of extra touches. The location is perfectly central to everything in town and Debra was fantastic to deal with.
We will be recommending this place to our friends

The apartment was fantastic with great facilities and location, the owners were easy to deal with and very helpful, and overall the apartment was very comfortable. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

We chose The Paramount for price, location, 2 brms, self-contained and indoor pool but it was so....much more! Very spacious, beautifully refurbished apartment with personalised touches such as night light in children's room, toys, books/DVDs/CDs (for adults and children), icemaker in freezer, selection of teas, basic necessities like coffee and vegemite! We loved the huge dining table and red leather lounge. Perfect location to everything, we just didnt want for anything - other than more time! Debra Engel the manager was lovely to deal with and we will highly recommend The Paramount to our friends and family back in Tassie. (Australia) THANKYOU !!!

Other Things to Note
Safest part of the city. This is called the Theatre District or, Paris end of the city.
Wifi is not free and is through the hotel so there are costs involved.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited.
The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Keys/electronic swipe. If lost they are $A250 each set to replace. You will be charged this amount per set if lost.
Garbage can be put in rubbish bins at the Paramount (2nd floor) in the rubbish area. EXCESS GARBAGE WILL INCUR A REDUCTION OF YOUR BOND. PLEASE CLEAN ALL OVEN TRAYS, IF USED, otherwise a cleaning fee of $50 is applicable.
Please turn OFF heating or airconditiong and lights when you leave apartment and when you check out. If left on when you check out, a fee may be charged.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 11.00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
The security deposit will be refunded in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
Pets are not allowed.
The whole hotel complex is NON SMOKING
Smoking in room or balcony with sliding doors open will FORFEIT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
The balcony rail is a very safe height for children. If children are in the apartment, keep the balcony door locked. Ensure no furniture is removed to balcony.

Very central location and comfortable apartment with all one could need. Swimming pool, spa , gym and sauna available. Great communication as to where to go and what to do. We were well informed about local restaurants, theater and transport.
Debra provided extra small touches with chocolates and biscuits.
Was fantastic to have some of the basics available for cooking -eg oil, S&P, tea, coffee etc
If bored and weather bad, one could lose oneself in numerous DVD's.
With having flights leaving late, Debra was able to assist with storage of luggage and a late exit which was wonderful.
This was such a lovely apartment, in a great area of the city. I stayed here with 2 German friends & we all enjoyed our time here. It was very clean, with lovely beds and linen. Debra left milk, coffee & tea & other necessities for our arrival which is a nice touch. Debra was a great host & her communication and instructions were impeccable. I fully recommend this apartment... Thank you Debra for making our stay so enjoyable :-)

The location was fantastic and is perfect for those wishing to explore the city. The amenties. Including the pool, were great for spending some inside time whilst the games, books and dvds where nice for relaxing. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to explore or visit Melbourne.

Very nice and convenient apartment in the middle of Melbourne. Debra was very attentive with all the detail about the apartment and make sure everything is going ok. The apartment is clean and tidy and feels like home which is a nice feeling especially at the end of the day when you just want to feel comfort.
